The invention relates to compositions for coating based on epoxy resins and can be used to protect materials and products, mainly metal, from exposure to aggressive environments, including the impact of the marine environment and/or fog with a high concentration of salt ions, and intense solar radiation. The invention can be used for corrosion protection in shipbuilding, construction, for example, hydraulic structures. The composition is made on the basis of epoxy resin and includes anti-corrosive component that contains a liquid product of the pyrolysis of solid fuels. Anti-corrosive component further comprises hexamethylenetetramine. As the liquid product of the pyrolysis of fossil fuels use liquid product of the pyrolysis of coal, representing an azeotropic mixture containing palatinolinotype compounds monocyclic aromatic compounds, polycyclic aromatic compounds, neutral oxygen compounds and carboxylic acids having a pour point not higher than -10oC density at 20oWith no more than 1.06 g/cm3and smeshivanie at normal temperature liquid product of the pyrolysis of solid fuels and hexamethylenetetramine followed by isothermal aging the resulting mixture at (100 5)oTo complete the process gas. The technical problem of the invention is the reduction of the protective composition based on epoxy resin by simplifying the composition and technology of its receipt, as well as improving the reliability of coatings on the basis of the composition during operation.

This task is achieved as follows.

Epoxy resin composition for surface protection against corrosion contains epoxy Dianova resin with polyethylenepolyamine in an effective amount and anticorrosive component liquid proemah composition contains a liquid product of the pyrolysis of coal, representing an azeotropic mixture having the following composition, wt.%: palatinolinotype compounds 12-14, monocyclic aromatic compounds 5-8, polycyclic aromatic compounds 30-40, neutral oxygen compounds of 40-50, carboxylic acid 1-2, and having a pour point not higher than -10oC density at 20oWith no more than 1.06 g/cm and a viscosity at 50oWith not more than 1.3, and anti-corrosive component further comprises hexamethylenetetramine in an amount up to 1 wt.%, and the mass ratio of epoxy Dianova resin and anti-corrosive component is 4-7:3-6. You can use different epoxy Dianova resins (e.g., ED-16, ED-20, ED-22, etc. GOST 10587-84). The composition may further contain iron oxide red.

The method of obtaining: epoxy composition for protecting surfaces from corrosion comprises a mixture of epoxy Dianova resin, polyethylenepolyamine taken in an effective amount, and anti-corrosive component - product of the pyrolysis of fossil fuels. When the interaction of the products of pyrolysis with hexamethylenetetramine, which is the donor and methylene amine groups, are formed oligomers of type alkylphenol-degidi and alkylphenolic resins and other compounds not established structure, which causes corrosion properties, transform, corrosion products, away from the protected surface water and hydrophobizing the surface of the coating film after curing. The invention is illustrated on three examples of epoxy compositions for protecting metallic surfaces from corrosion.
