The device comprises a main power connection to the drawbar of the trailer with the tractor and hitch system of the tractor, lifting levers through which the yoke and a flexible element connected with the front axle of the trailer. The invention relates to wheeled tractors, equipped with an automatic power regulator system mounted, namely, devices for increasing the permeability and productivity of wheeled tractors under the building-block approach them with small trailers.

The lack of wheeled tractors are their low traction properties that are particularly affected when working with trailers off-road conditions, excessive soil moisture on dirt roads, when driving on snow cover. The connection of the tractor with two-axle trailer is realized with use of or trailer clips with speed up to 15 km/h, or by using the towing device when working with the s with two-axle trailers [2]. This is achieved by a device for increasing the permeability of wheeled tractors when working with two-axle trailers, containing the main power connection to the drawbar of the trailer with the tractor and hitch system of the tractor, lifting levers through which the yoke and gemcutting device, elastic element which is connected with the actuator of the valve regulator system mounted tractor. Here, the elastic element towing device performs additional functions power sensor controller system mounted.

In Fig. 1 shows a General view of the vehicle, and Fig.2 - towing device, the elastic element (spring) which, in contrast to the known towing device is connected via levers and thrust actuator valve controller system mounted tractor.

The towing device includes trailer hook 1 spring 2. The trailer drawbar pivotally connected with the trailer hook 1 is made integral with the rod 3. Supports stem are the bearings 4, which are installed in the rear cover 5 of the housing towing device 6.

Twisted spring 2 is installed between the buffer 7 and the thrust washer 8, arranged in the housing 6. This spring performs the function of the power sensor as the shaft 3 front end kinematically by levers 9 and 10 and the rods 11 and 12 is connected with a drive spool power regulator 13.

To provide additional loading of the rear wheels of the tractor lift arms 14 of its hinge mounted transverse yoke 15, which has a flexible connection (cable 16 and 19. The device operates as follows.

Before connecting the trailer to the tractor the handle 20 by the regulator 13 is installed in the area of regulation. In this case, the lift arms 14 will go down due to the movement of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 21 to the rear position. Then use the nuts 19 adjust the cable tension so that no sagging.

Such movement of the spool causes the correction to reduce traction in the trailer drawbar by automatically move under the action of oil pressure ahead of the piston of the hydraulic cylinder 21. Proposed heavy trailer-train consists of prime mover with fifth wheel coupler engaging with semitrailer provided with bogie movable in longitudinal plane with safety bar rigidly secured on frame. Radial through channels are made in housing of hydraulic cylinder in longitudinal plane in overpiston space. Said channels have different diameter in length of hydraulic cylinder and are coupled by common pipeline with channel made in housing in hydraulic cylinder in its underpiston space. Said channel is closed by one of halves of said piston at all running, braking and stand-still modes of trailer-train with possibility of opening at impact load on safety bar of bogie.

EFFECT: provision of damping of impact loads at collision of passenger car and trailer-train.
