(57) Abstract:

Describes fixing composition for printing fabrics pigments, comprising a binder based acrylate crosslinking agent based on modified urea - or melamine-formaldehyde resins, acrylic thickener, water and Segundo starch-based, processed composition containing dicarboxylic acid with the number of methylene groups 0 - 4, sulfate or magnesium chloride or manganese, and water. The proposed composition can improve the color fastness to dry friction, to reduce the number of hard-to-binder and thickener in 2-3 times, to accelerate the washability of printing ink from Kirsi and equipment on average 2 times without reducing the main indicators of printing. table 2.

- as a binder - Tubifast AF 85 - 90 g (acrylate-based);

and auxiliary substances - SNT-antifoam BS - 2 g, emulsifier - Tabigat 018 - 10-20 g, softener - Ubisoft SEM - 6 g, the latch - Tubifex 3220/3 - 5 g water to 1000 g

However, the printed image obtained using this fixing composition has a low resistance to dry friction. Besides the cost of such a composition is great and, in addition, pigmented ink on the basis of poorly washed off with Kirsi and equipment. This leads to unproductive working time to stop the machines and washing special detergents.

Thus, it is not known relatively cheap fixing composition for printing pigments, which would simultaneously provide a soft handle, high color fastness to dry rubbing and relatively easy washability with Kirsi and equipment.

The problem is solved fixing composition for printing fabrics pigments, comprising a binder based acrylate crosslinking agent based on modified urea - or melamine-formaldehyde resins, acrylic thickener and water, which further comprises Segundo starch-based, processed composition containing dicarboxylic acid with the number of methylene groups 0 - 4 and the sulfate or chloride of manganese or magnesium, with the following content of components of sagasti, g/kg:

In the dry friction;

For the preparation of fixing compositions can make use of the following substances.

As a binder, you can use any of the emulsion (co)polymers of acrylic series, i.e., obtained by (co)polymerization of derivatives of acrylic (methacrylic) acid.

EFFECT: aromatic heterocyclic fiber material which is more resistant to thermal oxidation and breaking load and at the same time increased fire-resistance as well as uniform and high colours of a wide colour range owing to using evironmentally friendly compounds suitable for using at textile finishing factories.

As the copolymer it contains a preparation which is a styrene-vinyl-acetate-acrylic copolymer obtained by method of emulsion polymerisation. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a novel 2,9-dichloroquinacridone in plate-like form, which is meant for pigmentation of organic material. 2,9-dichloroquinacridone in plate-like form has length of 1-45 mcm, width of 0.1-20 mcm and thickness of 0.01-5 mcm. Said pigment has colour hue h for attenuation ≤31, luminosity L* for transmission ≥20. When illumination angle and the viewing angle (specular angle) change from 45°/110° (+25°) to 45°/90° (+45°) the value b* falls, and the value a* increases. The method of producing said 2,9-dichloroquinacridone in plate-like form and pigment form involves (a) dispersion and partial dissolution of crude 2,9-dichloroquinacridone in a polar solvent in the presence of a base at temperature from 100°C to boiling point of the solvent, and (b) precipitation of 2,9-dichloroquinacridone in plate-like form by adding water while lowering temperature.

EFFECT: obtaining 2,9-dichloroquinacridone in plate-like form, having colour properties given above in the CIELAB colour coordinate system, from crude 2,9-dichloroquinacridone without an aliphatic long-chain thiol.

Composition for TM marking includes interference pigment based on silicon oxide particles with applied nanosize layer of titanium dioxide, binary binding agent based on acryl copolymer and fluorocarbon emulsion with component ratio 2:1, amino organosilicon softener, acrylic thickening agent and water.

EFFECT: invention provides preservation of colour saturation of marking composition after multiple wet-thermal TM processing, increase of ecological properties of printing colour due to exclusion of organic solvents from it, as well as increase of adhesive strength of marking pattern fixation with reduction of fixation time in the process of thermal processing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the fur industry and can be used in finishing ship-fur and fur half-finished products. The composition for colour finishing of fur coat contains products of dissolving collagen, dexpanthenol, an acid dye and water, wherein components of the composition are foamed by mixing in a double-blade mixer with a revolution speed.

EFFECT: composition improves aesthetic and colour properties, increases lustre of the fur coat, reduces susceptibility to felting, thereby preserving heat-insulating properties.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of a dye with a starch component, which can be used in pulp and paper industry. Method of producing a dye with a starch component includes production of the starch component from a group of native starch or modified starch and its further reaction with an organic dye using mechanical mixing with the weight ratio of 1:1 or 1:2 respectively or adding 15-20 wt% of the dye to 5-10 % of the starch component suspension after correcting pH with subsequent spray drying. Dye is selected from any class of organic dyes.

EFFECT: obtained starch-containing dye has improved adhesion properties and improved consumer properties due to providing simultaneous colouring in a wide range of colors and surface glueing of the paper.

BASF), and additionally contains a plasticizer (Weichmacher HP or Tratskan GF.), g/kg: Pigment – 30; Aquapol 12 (21, 23) – 90; PVA – 90; Thickener (Lutexal HEF) – 15; Softener – 20; Water up to 1,000.

EFFECT: higher resistance of dyes to dry and wet friction, improved softness of printed articles feel of cloth, reduced penetration of printing ink onto the reverse side of the material, no “clogging” of screens for silk-screen printing, reduced consumption of textile auxiliaries in the printing composition, saving costs and higher environmental safety of the pigment printing process.
