The invention relates to medicine, namely to prosthetic dentistry and can be used for the fixation of movable teeth with periodontal diseases. Effect: improve the fixation of movable teeth, increasing the strength of the connection cap layer with a metal frame bus. Interdental splint is an interdental jumper consisting of a metal frame and cladding layer. The metal frame consists of the interdental jumper with a through hole and two parabolani pins are rectangular. 2 Il.

Known interdental splint kopeikina, which consists of the interdental metal jumper (frame), introduced from the sides of two adjacent teeth and is covered with a composite material (C. N. Kopeikin. Guide prosthodontics, M, Medicine, 1993, S. 318-319).

The disadvantages of this design are that the bus does not prevent displacement of the teeth in a horizontal flat tires.

The invention is directed to solving the tasks of improving the fixation of movable teeth, increasing the strength of the connection composite cladding layer with a metal frame bus.

These tasks are achieved using an interdental bus, consisting of a metal frame and a facing layer of composite material.

The new design is that the metal frame contains two parabolani pin rectangular shape, and the interdental jumper frame has a through hole.

Interdental splint has a metal frame 1, consisting of the interdental jumper 2, with through-hole 3 and the two parabolani pins are rectangular and 4 fixedly connected to the crosspiece 2. The interdental jumper 2 is covered with the outer side cladding layer 5 made of composite material.

The proposed design is more sturdy and durable.

SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing two rows of grooves on teeth and fixing aramide threads in them by means of composite material. The grooves are formed in root part of tooth, the first row being built in the middle part of dental root and the second one in pericervical part.

SUBSTANCE: implant can be used in orthopedic and surgical dentistry for restoration of anatomic shape and function of separate of teeth as well as for substituting defects of tooth rows by removable and non-removable denture having support elements onto implant. Endodontic and endoosseous implant is made in form of rod that has intraosseous part covered with rifling, intra-root part and crown part onto which the artificial tooth crown is installed. Crown part has part of rod with height of 3 mm and it has diameter to be 0,2 mm bigger than diameter of intraosseous and intra-root parts. Junction between parts is made smooth. Crown part also has rod made with height of 2 mm and cross-section in form of square. Length of side of square is 0,1 mm shorter than diameter of crown part of rod. Intraosseous part has olive-like top. Intra-root part is made rough.

EFFECT: simplified design.

SUBSTANCE: method can be used for splinting mobile teeth together in case the patient suffers from diseases of periodontium or for fixing teeth to prevent subsequent mobility. Cavities are formed onto contact surfaces of teeth to be splinted. Devices for splinting are placed in the cavities which devices have to be splinting elements made of end sections and intermediate part. Then cavities are completely filled with filling by using separating matrix or without using it and filling material is cooled down. Splinting elements allow providing of teeth to be splinted at the physiological level.

EFFECT: natural manner of mobility; ability of damping loads rising at closure of teeth.

SUBSTANCE: method involves fixing extracted or fallen-out tooth to neighboring teeth by applying splint manufactured from aramide threads in root zone. Bone bed and spaces between the aramide threads and tooth roots are packed with mixture having lyophilized allogenic bone 50%, hydroxyapatite 30%, Metronidazole 5% and patient auto blood enriched in blood platelets 15%. The whole structure is covered with membrane enriched in blood platelets from patient auto blood.

EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of teeth replantation in the cases of severe bone tissue atrophy; reduced risk of replaced tooth rejection.

SUBSTANCE: device has splinting member for fixing implant manufactured as composite material crown and splinting members on supporting teeth having common fiber carcass. Splinting member on supporting teeth is combination of vestibular and glossal adhesive overlays having occlusive insert on the supporting teeth. Method involves manufacturing splint, fitting and fixing the splint on implant and teeth adjacent to the defect. The splint is fitted on implant crown substituting dental row end defect and on supporting teeth. The supporting teeth are prepared on vestibular and glossal part for using splinting overlays within tooth enamel boundaries. 0.3 mm deep groove is formed on supporting teeth occlusion surface for placing occlusive insert.

SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing teeth to be splinted for setting crown and manufacturing permanent splint on crowns for fixing loose teeth and exchanging included defects of the frontal row, fixing splint on steady teeth. Non-removable splint on crowns is manufactured from metalloceramics and the splint is fixed on steady teeth adjacent to the last teeth taken into splinting, using orthodontic wire (flex-arc). To do it, grove is modeled for placing the splinting orthodontic flex-arc wire concurrently with modeling crown unit. The groove is produced with wire retention being allowed. The groove is not covered with ceramics. The finished is fitted and then, the orthodontic flex-arc wire is placed into the groove and fixed with glue. Orthodontic wire ends are left projecting. Groove equal in length to projecting wire portion length is produced on steady teeth adjacent to the last teeth taken into splinting at the same level with the crown unit groove. The splint is fixed with cement. The groove is closed with composite material. The projecting orthodontic flex-arc wire portion is built-in also with composite material into the grooves produced in the steady teeth adjacent to the grooves in the last teeth taken into splinting. Correction, abrasion and polishing are carried out near each tooth belonging to group under splinting with following composite polymerization.

EFFECT: wide range of functional applications; improved physiologic results.

SUBSTANCE: device has threaded part and cutting notches for processing material containing titanium and carbon. The support member has conical shape with apical end diameter equal to 1 mm. Its length and diameter correspond to alveolar bone. The cutting notches are available on external surface. The thread has round profile. The support member is manufactured from monolith pyrocarbon and 4 mm long internal titanium rod by precipitating pyrocarbon over the titanium rod.

SUBSTANCE: method involves splinting loose teeth in their root part by means of aramide threads. Mucoperiosteal flaps are defoliated on vestibular and oral side. Mixture having 60% of lyophilized allogenic bone tissue, 20% of hydroxyapatite and 20% of patient autoblood plasma enriched in blood platelets is introduced into bone defect. Bone pockets, aramide thread carcass and tooth roots are closed with the mixture.

EFFECT: high reliability in immobilizing and retaining teeth.

SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing two teeth close to dental toothless defect. The tooth, located most close to the tooth making boundary of the toothless defect, is prepared for applying adhesive lining member. Unremovable splint prosthesis composed of two splint members covering two teeth, making toothless defect boundary of the terminal dental row, is set. Splinting members of two teeth are combinations of artificial crown and attachment to the nearest tooth defect and adhesive lining over neighboring tooth.

EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in retaining esthetic properties, viability and functional validity of natural teeth making boundary of the end defects dental rows.

SUBSTANCE: apex-dental implant is monolithic titanium rod of cross-section diameter 1.2 mm consisting of intraosseous and intracanal parts. Intraosseous part is multilevel round threaded, so that thread root length scales up to implant root part. Intracanal part cross-section is circular-shaped of height equal 5 cm regardless standard size of implant. Apex-dental implant is designed of the following total lengths depending on type of surgery: root apex resection - 9 mm, root amputation by 1/3 of length - 11 mm, high root amputation by 1/2 of length - 13 mm.
