The invention relates to the field of construction and can be used in the construction of new pipelines or repair of existing pipelines in remote areas, mainly in swamps and flooded roads.

Known methods of construction of pipelines in remote areas, including wetlands, providing for the possibility of laying the sections and their connections carrying significant volumes of earthworks, in particular the development of the trenches with a preliminary vitifoliae, or trenching using specialmente time or trenching explosion. However in all of these scenarios require backfilling, coupled with the use of a large number of special equipment and labor costs. (see, for example, VSN 2-130-81. The collection of normative-technical documents. Construction of main and field pipelines. The Ministry of construction of petroleum and gas industry all-Union scientific research Institute for construction of trunk pipelines. -M.: VNIIST, 1988, S. 29-35).

Also known is a method of construction of pipelines in the swamps and flooded highways, providing for filling in marshes or flooded areas of highway embankments, soil which develop in the nearby quarries, located in the high places, which also involves the need to use special equipment, large volumes of excavation, requiring more labor, and during the construction of barrows through the swamp with low bearing capacity using imported soil with advanced vitifoliae at the base; on the marshes with the carrying capacity of 0.25 kgf/cm mound occiput directly on the surface or khvorostyanoy the pavement, and on the marshes there, S. 35, 36). All of these methods are also associated with large labor and materialistically and require considerable construction time, large preparatory work.

All known methods of pipeline construction on wetlands and flooded areas are divided into used in winter and used in spring, summer and autumn periods. The methods implemented in the winter include: strip with berm trench, laying with winter roads, laying with artificially zamorojennih and reinforced roads or strip of alluvial soil, or by mounting the float supports, or dive under the action of its own weight and the weights, which requires the device lane for immersion pipe at a depth of 3 meters.

The methods implemented in spring, summer or autumn periods, include: strip with berm trench, or strip with a dirt embankment, landfilling on a non-woven synthetic material, or a strip with a time of technological roads of various designs, or strip method alloy or pulling, or seal with a strip of alluvial soil (see, for example, VSN 005-88. Construction of commercial steel pipelines. Technology and ORGANOMETALLIC Institute for construction of trunk pipelines.- M, 1990, S. 42-50, PL. 2).

However, all known methods also involve high labor and materialsfrom in connection with the need to use significant amounts of special equipment, large volumes of earthworks, large amounts of preparatory work associated with the construction of temporary technological roads and access roads to them, as well as culvert and drainage structures at the entrances to the highway and along it, the device and the necessary equipment shore installation sites for laying pipelines by alloy.

The present invention is the reduction of labor and materialsfrom and reducing turnaround time as the construction of new pipelines, and repair of existing, due to allow construction of the pipeline in remote areas, mainly in swamps and flooded roads, without the need of construction and Assembly sites stretching along the route, avoid large amounts of excavation and the need to use special equipment and service roads and access roads to it, as well as having a large number Montana oil and gas, due to the rapid entry of the pipeline into operation.

The problem is solved by using the method of construction of the pipeline in remote areas, mainly in swamps and flooded highways, characterized in that it includes the delivery section or sections constructed pipeline and connection to the existing pipeline, which is carried out by raising the end portion of the existing pipeline, mounting thereon a winch, a rack unit in the upper part and the allocation between them on the prepared temporary space under the raised end section of the pipeline pneumatic cushion-Jack leaning on her raised end portion, then into the open end of the pipe section with the help of a helicopter having having two centering device internal clamp and fixed in the cavity of the pipe section first centering device of the centralizer, then prepare the following temporary space and install it following the pneumatic cushion-Jack for supporting another mounted partition constructed the pipeline, which is delivered by helicopter and not OTS and the terminal segment of the existing pipeline clamp with fixation, then another tail section mounted partitions based on a set the next time the site of the pneumatic cushion-Jack with fixing this end portion mounted section of the rope, which is passed through the stand unit and attach the other end to the winch with the requisite gap between the ends of the existing pipeline and mounted sections of constructed area within the location of the centralizer, and then release the helicopter and produce welding ends with the liquidation of the mentioned gap in the area of location of the centralizer, then centering device clamp release and move the centralizer mounted in the cavity section to free its end face and the process of installation the following sections constructed pipeline repeat in the same sequence permutation winch and a rack mounted on the section of the pipeline.

This can construct the area of the newly built pipeline, as well as the existing land use stacked plot construction of the pipeline, built on the available area with a driveway along the laid pipe section, or can construct a plot of the repaired pipeline, Yes, built with the presence of driveways along it.

The technical result provided by the present set of features, is to reduce labor and materialsfrom and timing of pipeline construction in remote areas, mainly in swamps and flooded roads, by eliminating the need to use special equipment and service roads and access roads, as well as large volumes of earthworks and large number of Assembly and repair crews.

The invention is illustrated by the drawing, which schematically shows the process of installation of the pipeline on the marsh side.

The method of construction of phase 1 of the pipeline in remote areas, mainly in the 2 swamps and flooded tracks (not shown), includes a delivery section 3 of the pipeline and connection to the existing pipe 4, which is carried out by lifting the end portion 5 of the existing pipeline 4, mounting thereon the winch 6, 7 hours unit 8 in the upper part and the allocation between them on the prepared temporary space 9 under the raised end section 5 of the pipe 4 pneumatic cushion-Jack 10 with the bearing h is tolet 12 is slid with two centering device 13, 14 internal centralizer 15 and fixed in the cavity of this section 5 of the pipe 4, the first centering device 13 of the clamp 15. Then prepare the following temporary space 16 and install it following the pneumatic cushion-Jack 17 for supporting another mounted partition 3 is constructed phase 1 of the pipeline which is delivered by helicopter 12 and without disconnecting it from the helicopter 12, having one end 18 to the second centering device 14 is installed in the cavity of the end portion 5 of the existing pipe 4 clamp 15 with fixation. Then the other end section 19 mounted section 3 is based on a set the next time the platform 16 pneumatic cushion-Jack 17 with fixing this end portion 19 mounted section 3 of the cable 20, which pass through the block 8 front 7 and attach the other end 21 to the winch 6 maintaining the required gap 22 between the ends 11 and 18 of the existing pipeline 4 and mounted section 3 of constructed area 1 in the area of clamp 15. Then release the helicopter 12 and produce welding ends 11 and 18 with the elimination of the above-mentioned gap 22 in the area of clamp 15. After this centering device 13, and 14 is the process of installation the following sections 24 of constructed area 1 pipeline repeat in the same sequence permutation winch 6 and 7 hours on the mounted section 3 of the pipeline.

This may build plot 1 newly constructed pipeline, as well as the existing land use stacked plot construction of the pipeline, built on the available area with a driveway along the laid pipe section (not shown). Can also build plot 1 of the repaired pipeline, as well as the existing land use the latest, not requiring replacement during repair, the area of the pipeline laid to the presence of driveways along it (not shown).

The method can be used for the construction or repair of pipelines with a diameter greater than 1000 mm, laid out on the marshes and flooded roads.
