The machine works as follows.

At the beginning of the drilling rods 9 power feed cylinder 8 is fully engaged and the feed cylinders 6 by means of fastening elements 7 and axis 14 is pressed against the guide surfaces 6 of the rolling rotator 5 by means of the rod 17 of the cylinder control 16.
