SUBSTANCE: slewing device of mine excavator includes movable carrier ring, fixed support ring, toothed rim with lower attachment flange to housing of excavator undercarriage and taper rollers installed between carrier and support rings on axes of separators with possibility of free rolling between carrier and support rings along conic annular tracks made on rings. At that, axes of separator are fixed in separator housing and inclined relative to rotation axis of movable carrier ring. Toothed rim is equipped with inner projection, and carrier ring is equipped with outer projection with annular tracks. Projection of toothed rim is located above projection of carrier ring, and between projections in the appropriate separator there installed are rolling bodies with possibility of free rolling along annular tracks of projections.
EFFECT: higher reliability of slewing device, without applying any special requirements to properties, quality and technology of materials.

In pivot mechanism located at chassis and driven by swing hydraulic cylinders spherical roller bearing is installed at bearing axis inside two-sided plain thrust bearing. Plain thrust bearing consists of assemblies (two at each side) segments in circumferential direction; segments are made of wear-resisting steel and are fixed by sunk screws.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device is composed of roller turn table with symmetric circular thrust guides. Lower guide is mounted at running gear lower frame. Upper guide is arranged at turn table lower belt. Rails with support surface are arranged at said circuit thrust guides. Taper rollers with cylindrical pins are arranged between said rails. Rollers are connected with cages, isolating inserts and washers. Lubricators are arranged at centres of axes on outer side of roller turn table. Diameter of thrust guides is comparable with lower frame width. Upper and lower rails are equipped with grooves for plates to be bolted thereto at circular guides. Flanges are made at taper roller inner ends. Edges of rail inner ends and mating flange surface are arc-shaped. Relationship between flange OD and maximum spacing between rail bearing surfaces ≥1.1. Roller pins are elongated relative to said flange and outer ends. Aforesaid cage represents a circular shell arranged inside roller turn table. Axles are pinned to said cage. Gaskets are fitted between roller flange and circular shell. Washers are fitted on axles on outer side of rollers.

At that, upper roller path is fixedly attached to upper mechanism main rotary platform lower part, and lower roller path and side roller path are located on ring gear wheel upper part, located below roller device. Ring gear wheel has upper flat part on upper surface of which lower roller path and side roller path are located, annular toothed part and lower flat part fixedly fixed to lower mechanism bearing frame beam. At that circular toothed section is located on ring gear wheel side surface and relatively outside of upper flat part. Side roller path is connected with possibility of disconnection with lower roller path upper flat part upper surface. At that, upper roller path, lower roller path and side roller path are composed of segmented roller tracks, and contact surfaces between adjacent segmented roller tracks are inclined surfaces.
