The invention relates to the production of alcohol. The method involves obtaining alcohol from alcoholic brew or ethyl alcohol of crude alcohol on distilling or rectifying installation, including use, epuration, distillation and final purification column. The presence of methyl and propyl alcohol even in small quantities worsen the smell, the taste of ethyl alcohol, as they possess high toxicity (are poisons).

Thus, methanol - 80 times, and propanol - 4 times more toxic than ethanol. Butyl and amyl alcohols have fusel odor and burning taste, hexyl - smell and taste of rancid oil.

All of them are poisonous, so should be completely removed from the alcohol. The problem solved by the present invention is the most complete liberation of the spirit from accompanying impurities that need to concentrate, the maximum release from the alcohol and remove from the process. This is an intermediate impurity, which can be depending on the conditions of distillation and tail, and head.

The technical result of the present invention is to improve the quality of ethyl alcohol, rectified by the maximum free from impurities and expanding range of high quality spirits.

The task and the technical result is achieved in the method of production of ethyl alcohol, which includes bragor which include installation, containing use, epuration and distillation columns, holding apararii mode hydrocelectomy by entering hydrosilation water in a concentration part of epuration columns, fractional sampling of impurities, namely, shoulder strap, head containing fraction of ethyl alcohol, is withdrawn from the upper zone of epuration columns, directing freed from impurities aparat rectification, and wrap containing intermediate impurities, is withdrawn from the zone located below the segment hydrosilation water, characterized in that the shoulder straps containing intermediate impurity, in the area of their separation is subjected to phase separation (decantation), selecting the upper oil layer, mainly containing propanol, which derive from the process, through the circulation of a ring-containing residual intermediate impurity, needleplate if hydrocelectomy, and the selection of their respective areas of concentration of these impurities distillation columns in the allotment area epuration columns and from the lower zone of the distillation column, and obtained in the rectification process the alcohol sent for final purification from methanol in an additional column.

Aparat ABV alcohol 20%, freed from impurities, in the amount of 625 gave/h sent for rectification, where the alcohol comes in the final purification column for exemption from residues of methanol and ethers. Alcohol is withdrawn from the column for final purification, and wrap containing residual impurities in the number 1 gave/h, return to epuration column.

The proposed method allows to obtain high-quality rectified ethyl alcohol "Capital" with high physical-chemical properties and to expand the range of quality spirits.

SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a method of production of a rectified alcohol and is dealt with the field of a distillery industry, in particular with methods of production of a food rectified alcohol. The method provides for digestion of the alcohol from a brew in a brew column with transition of ethyl alcohol and accompanying impurities together with a vapor from this column in a brew distillate, purification of the brew distillate from the head and intermediate impurities including components of the fusel oil in an epuration column with feeding of hot water onto its upper plate, fractionation of the epurate in the alcohol column with separation of fractions of fusel oil, fusel alcohol and unpasteurized alcohol, distillation of fractions of the head and intermediate impurities of the ethyl alcohol in the distillation column. The fusel alcohol from the alcohol column and fractions from the condensers of the alcohol column and the methanol column are fed onto the upper plate of the distillation column and also the alcohol traps of pure distillates. Hot water is fed into the upper zone of the distillation column for hydroselection of the head impurities, propyl alcohols and otherintermediate impurities, which are extracted from the condenser of this column in the form of a concentrate of the head impurities and propyl alcohols, and the bottom liquid of the distillation column is directed on a feeding plate of the epuration column. The invention allows to raise quality of alcohol.
