(57) Abstract:

The invention relates to medicine and can be used for the treatment of chronic dermatoses. The invention consists of the application of oxidate peat as a means for the treatment of patients with chronic dermatoses. The proposed invention allows to increase the effectiveness of the treatment.

The invention relates to medicine and can be used for balneotherapy in patients with chronic dermatoses as immunocorrective tools.

In the pathogenesis of chronic dermatoses important role of immune changes and the development of immunosuppressive condition, which aggravates the disease.

As an immune stimulant therapy in chronic dermatoses used injection drugs biostimulants from peat (torvet) and muds (Humisol) /1/.

The disadvantage of this treatment is invasive procedures, the psychological barrier from the patient, i.e. the need to create special conditions for the injection, significant economic costs (cost ampoule solutions, disposable or reusable syringes, reagents, sterilizes the label mud treatments based on peat and sapropel, available natural resources, possessing valuable therapeutic properties /2/. Peat mud is used for the treatment of patients with psoriasis, neurodermatitis, eczema, skin itching, scleroderma and other dermatoses.

The lack of mud procedures used to treat patients with this pathology are certain difficulties in the work of the medical staff (flowability peat, dust, the difficulty of dosing, the use of a large number of sheets, bedding, blankets, sewer problems, significant space for storage of peat), in addition, perform the procedures in the home, as well as their low efficiency.

The problem solved by the invention is to improve the effectiveness of treatment through the development of new technological methods thalacemia dermatoses.

The invention consists in the use of biologically active drug oxidate peat as immunocorrective tools in chronic dermatoses.

The treatment consists in assigning patients with chronic dermatoses General warm baths (Palawan) with the addition of oxidate peat.

Oxidat peat (FROM) is a water - soluble the AI ammonia and hydrogen peroxide to remove ballast substances.

FROM the saturated liquid brown color with a slight characteristic odor of ammonia, which has a neutral reaction, soluble in water, represents a 5% aqueous concentrate of biologically active substances.

In the composition of the connections of humic and fulvic acids, making up 76% of solids, nitrogen and protein (up to 11.8%), derivatives of cellulose (to 8.2%), about 20 trace elements (Mn, Mo, P, Cu, Zn, Se and others). The main biological value of oxidate peat humic acid, which have a bio-stimulating, anti-inflammatory, antiviral and antitumor properties, have antioxidant and inhibitory effects on prostaglandin synthesis. therapeutic effect of humic substances in the dermatoses associated with their physico-chemical and electrical properties, the ability to penetrate the skin through hair follicles and sebaceous glands, the ability to bind proteins from the surface of the skin ("cleansing" effect), to provide astringent, tanning, bacteriostatic action. Humic acids are expressed regenerative effect in coherence in the epidermis, proliferation of the epithelium of hair follicles and sebaceous glands, increased vascularization of the skin.

Being in natural biological relationships, the whole complex of substances and compounds the drug has when exposed to human skin General-stimulating, reparative, anti-inflammatory, antiallergic and antimicrobial effects. Clinically it is manifested by an improvement in overall health, faster healing of wounds, ulcers, erosions, resorption of inflammatory infiltrates, reduce itching, peeling, feelings of constriction and irritation of the skin.

Research on the efficiency of external application of oxidate peat was performed in 132 patients with widespread psoriasis with torpid course, the 156 children with atopic dermatitis, 20 patients with atopic dermatitis, 14 patients with eczema, 18 patients with trophic ulcers of the lower extremities. Treatment patients were in hospital and outpatient (home) assigned to conventional therapy, not including system tools (corticosteroids, cytostatics). The application of the General baths oxidation peat in patients with torpid forms of psoriasis allowed to obtain recovery and significant improvement in 51.6% of patients and improvement of skin lesions in 48.3% of persons in average for 29,03 day. Enable shared baths oxidation peat in complex treatment of children with severe forms of atopic dermatitis, significantly increased the effectiveness of a course of treatment. Phenomena common subacute allergic dermatitis disappeared or significantly decreased in 12 patients after 10 daily baths with the addition of oxidate peat, 5 patients was noticeable improvement of skin lesions.

Daily application of 1% solution of oxidate peat in the form of lotions on the areas of moist eczema in 18 patients allowed to obtain quick antiexudative effect from 14 persons within 3-4 days and go on further anti-inflammatory therapy.

Of the 18 persons (age 58-72 years) with trophic ulcers caused by thrombophlebitis, 7 patients were able to achieve scarring ulcer surfaces after application of the drug in the course is vodstva with the aim of increasing the yield of agricultural plants /3/.
