The objective of the invention is to improve the performance of the heading-of the Shearer. The objective of the invention is to improve the performance of the heading-of the Shearer.

The problem is solved in that the turret is equipped with rigidly attached to and executed with the hole band, which with the help of intermediate elements made in the form of sectors with slots, set the rotary ring, pivotally connected with the cylinders rotate, and hydrodamalis stopper containing gidrotartrat and connected with him stopper mounted on the outer surface of the bandage turrets with the possibility of introducing a locking each other.
