(57) Abstract:

The invention relates to epoxy compositions used for gluing repair linings for pipes, metal structures for filling small defects, as anti-corrosion coatings. Epoxy composition comprises 100 wt. including epoxy Dianova resin, 98-102 wt.h. a mixture of Polyoxypropylenediamine (Oxilan-6) or polyoxypropyleneglycol molecular weight of 700 during their mass ratio 4-9:1 or Polyoxypropylenediamine containing 9-16% of the epoxy groups in their mass ratio of 1:1, 40-50 wt.h. amine hardener, which is a mixture taken in a mass ratio of 4:3:3 polyethylenepolyamine (or Triethylenetetramine), Polyoxypropylenediamine and amine hardener AF-2, and 15-25 wt.h. technical carbon. The composition has a viscosity 13-17 passing, tensile strength 55-65 MPa adhesion to steel 36-40 MPa, to fiberglass 16-20 MPa. The invention can improve the processing properties of the composition and to ensure the safety of the main physico-mechanical and performance properties for a long time. table 1.

The invention relates to polymeric compositions, particularly to epoxy the economic structure, and for filling small defects and as anti-corrosion coating process equipment and sealing.

Known compositions based on epoxygenase resins and amine curing agent, for example a composition comprising, by weight.h.:

The composition is intended for gluing construction, in particular of concrete and concrete structures (USSR author's certificate 1452831, class C 09 J 163/02, op. 1989).

However, its technological characteristics (viscosity, ease of application on the surface) is unsatisfactory.

Known composition for repair of polyethylene pipes (RF patent 1833780, class C 09 J 163/02, op. 1993), comprising, by weight.h.:

No filler and the presence of a volatile solvent complicates its application to large, especially on vertical surfaces.

Closest to the claimed composition is epoxy Codri. (RF patent 1799891, class C 09 J 163/02, op. 1993 ), which includes, by weight.h.:

This composition has a high strength - adhesion to dural 14,6-20,6 MPa, steel 27,5-of 30.5 MPa, but it is difficult to apply because of the high viscosity caused by the viscosity of the initial components, and has a small survivability.

The invention solves the problem formulation with improved technological properties to the available raw materials at securing the basic properties of the cured material in a long time.

The invention consists in developing compositions containing epoxy Dianova resin, mixed curing agent, comprising: a polyethylenepolyamine (Pepa) or Triethylenetetramine (THETA), amine hardener AF-2 - adduct of formaldehyde, phenol and ethylene diamine, as well as polyoxypropyleneamine, taken in a mass ratio of 4:3:3 mixture of Polyoxypropylenediamine brand Oxilan-6 or with polyoxin the PP 9-16%, taken in a weight ratio of from 4 to 9:1 or 1:1, respectively, and the filler - carbon technical in the following ratio, wt.h.:

Epoxy Dianova resin - 100

The mentioned mixture of Polyoxypropylenediamine or with the specified polyoxypropyleneglycol (Naproxem) in the ratio of 4 to 9:1 or with the specified Polyoxypropylenediamine in the ratio 1:1 - 98-102

Specified mixed hardener - 40-50

Technical carbon - 15-25

Distinctive features of the prototype features are:

- another type of amine hardener, namely a mixture of probes (THETA), adduct of formaldehyde, phenol and ethylene diamine (amine hardener AF-2) and Polyoxypropylenediamine in a mass ratio of 4:3:3, and aliphatic derived polyoxypropyleneamine taken in the form of mixtures of chlorinated aliphatic epoxy resin Polyoxypropylenediamine brand Oxilan-6 or polyoxypropyleneglycol mol. weight 700 (Naproxin), or Polyoxypropylenediamine with the content of epoxy groups 9-16% in the ratio of 4 to 9:1 or 1: 1, respectively. The use of these mixtures derived polyoxypropyleneglycol, avelim), in combination with the other components in the specified ratio, allows to provide the required technological properties without compromising usability.

Mixed hardener: PEPA (THETA), Polyoxypropylenediamine and AF-2 in a mass ratio of 4:3:3 in this population provides survivability (1-1 .5 hours) sufficient for the production of repair, runoff composition does not occur. The hardener is taken in stoichiometric amount of epoxy components, but it is possible to prevent deviation of 5%. Replacement of probes on a THETA does not change the properties of the composition.

- when repairing the tanks and bullets,

- when repairing body parts of machines and mechanisms.
