The invention relates to the field of veterinary medicine. The method consists in the fact that calves feeding Lactobacterin three times a day for four days at 20 billion m CL mixed with colostrum, one liter is additionally added 0.03 g of manganese chloride chetyrehletnego, 0.5 g of fructose and 0.5 g of lactose. Increased prophylactic efficacy of bookreport and improves survival lacto - and bifidobacteria in the intestine of calves. table 2.

The invention relates to veterinary medicine and is intended to improve the efficiency of Lactobacterin in the prevention of colibacillosis of calves.

For the prevention of colibacillosis of calves apply different probiotics. One of the ways to increase the effectiveness of probiotics is the development and acquisition of drugs, not consisting of one, two or three species of bacteria-antagonists [1, 2]. Prevention and treatment of diarrhoea of calves, including colibacillosis, babies first feeding adsorbents, and then apply probiotics [3]. Also used unconventional way of introducing probiotics not through the mouth, and intraperitoneally [4].

One of the ways to improve efficiency is biotechology probiotics [5] or the use of them together with immunomodulators [6].

Known method of sharing application Lactobacterin T and b activin for correcting intestinal diarrhea calves [7]. In this way the probiotic normalizes bacteriocins intestines, and immunomodulators reduce the degree of immunosuppression and increase the resistance of animals. But T and activin have no effect on the survival of lactobacilli and bifidobacteria in animals. On the other hand, they use different routes of administration (by mouth, and subcutaneous), and Lactobacterin feeding before taking colostrum, which leads to an increase in the number of operations (procedures) and additional time for their implementation.

The purpose of the invention is the enhancement of the prophylactic effectiveness of Lactobacterin colibacteriosis calves and reducing the number of preventive operations.

This object is achieved in that in order to increase effectiveness of prevention activities, reducing the number of operations and the time of their newborn calves three times a day for four days wepawet Lactobacterin 20 billion MT in mixture with colostrum, one liter of which add 0.3 g of manganese chloride chetyrehletnego, 0.5 g of fructose and 0.5 g La is nick animals.

Example 1.

The increase in the number of lacto - and bifidobacteria in the intestines of calves after joint application of Lactobacterin, manganese chloride, fructose and lactose.

Experiments were performed on 3 groups of calves by 5 goals each. Calves of the first group served as control. The calves of the second group were drinking Lactobacterin 20 billion MT 20-30 minutes before feeding 3 times a day for four days. Calves third group Lactobacterin in the same dose was drinking together with colostrum, which further contributed 0.3 g of manganese chloride chetyrehletnego, 0.5 g of fructose and 0.5 g of lactose also 3 times a day for four days. On the 8th day from calves were selected contents of the rectum for the quantitative determination of lacto - and bifidobacteria on the media Bogdanova, Blaurock. As can be seen from table 1, the use of Lactobacterin salt of manganese, fructose and lactose repeatedly increased titers of lacto - and bifidobacteria in the contents of the intestines of calves.

Examples 2.

Comparative determination of the preventive effectiveness of Lactobacterin with immunomodulators and the proposed method (Lactobacterin with fructose, lactose and chloride manganese).

Epithet newborns from colibacillosis. The calves of the first group from the first day of birth 3 times a day for 4 days together with colostrum was drinking 20 billion MT of Lactobacterin, 0.5 g of fructose, 0.5 g of lactose and 0.3 g of manganese chloride chetyrehletnego.

The calves of the second group with the first birthday for 20-30 minutes before feeding for 4 days 3 times a day, drinking 20 billion MT of Lactobacterin. In addition, the animals 1 time per day for 3 days was administered subcutaneously T and activin. The first were injected with 1 ml of 0.01% solution, the second - to 6 mg in 1 ml saline solution on one head.

Calves third group for 20-30 minutes before feeding drinking only Lactobacterin dose of 20 billion MT 3 times a day for 4 days.

Calves-fourth (control) group prophylaxis was not used. Among the animals of all groups were taken into account morbidity, mortality, duration of illness and time of its occurrence (in days).

The comparison of obtained results shows that the proposed method for the prevention of colibacillosis more effective in comparison with analogue and prototype, which is expressed by the reduction of the incidence of 10-20%, duration of illness 1.4-0.5 day and later her appearance.

The proposed method renders prophylactic action diarrhoea in 60% of calves, eliminates the possibility of mortality among them, shorten disease duration 0.5 days compared with analogue and the time and cost to conduct therapeutic and preventive actions (operations). I hope that he will find application in production.
