The invention relates to the textile industry and can be used to create materials for sewing clothes. The technical result - the creation of fabrics for workwear with improved hygienic properties, fire resistance. In fabrics for clothing, containing a system of main and weft elektroprovoda cellulose and 1-5% conductive yarn according to the invention cellulose filaments are composed of a mixture of cotton and viscose high modulus fibers modified with fosforo - and fluorine-containing chemical compounds by the cells of the pulp. 3 C.p. f-crystals, 4 PL.

The invention relates to the textile industry, in particular, for the creation of textile materials for clothing tailoring, used to protect personnel from high temperatures, oils, petroleum products, electrostatic charges fire and explosive industries, such as oil and gas, energy or petrochemical complexes, as well as clothing for the military or mining workers.

Known fabric with resistant Ni contains a system of main and weft elektroprovoda cellulose, polyester and 1-5 percent of the electrically conductive threads.

The disadvantage of this fabric is the lack of fire protection and chemical fibers, damaging the human skin when exposed to high temperatures due to melting.

The objective of this invention is to provide a fabric for protective clothing with improved hygienic properties and additional resistance while maintaining other qualities.

This technical result is achieved due to the fact that fabric for protective clothing containing the system of main and weft elektroprovoda cellulose and 1-5% conductive fibres, cellulose filaments are composed of a mixture of fibers of different origin with the modified fosforo - and fluorine-containing chemical compounds by the cells of the pulp.

This technical result is achieved because the fibers in the threads contained in the following ratio, wt.%: cotton 25-75, viscose modulus (Vesti not more than 50 Tex with a coefficient of twist of not more than 40, and modifying additives comprise 5-25% of its mass, also the basic weave and weft threads in the form of twill 3/1 or chetyrehetapnogo incorrect satin.

The presence of cellulose fibres, consisting of a mixture of fibers of different origin with the modified fosforo - and fluorine-containing chemical compounds by the cells of the pulp of cotton and high modulus viscose fibers at a certain weight ratio, specific surface fabric density and linear density of yarn at a basic weave and weft threads allow you to obtain the fabric with the specified technical result. Only the combination of these characteristics allows to obtain the desired technical result.

The choice of a fibrous composition, the weight ratio of components, type of weave, density in the warp and weft is determined by the corresponding range of manufactured fabrics.

The inventive fabric was developed in three stages. First of cotton and high modulus viscose fibers vibradores mixed yarn spinning machines, such as the brand P-76. Then from these mixed yarns and conductive threads on weaving machines, such as the brand ARTICLE is crease-resistant finish.

As a result of chemical modification under the action of fosforo - and fluorine-containing chemical compounds is a chemical connection (vaccination) to the cellulose molecules of additional components, which make the cellulose and, consequently, the whole fabric of the complex protective qualities: flame retardant, water-, oil-, gazettelive. Thus the fabric additionally acquires resistance and improve its hygienic properties, and aesthetic, and physical-mechanical properties remain the same as the fabric of the prototype.

The invention is illustrated by the following examples in tables.

Analysis of test results fabric and conclusions of the competent organizations show that it can be used to manufacture a special service, Preem place, oil, petroleum products, oils and fats, water, and protection from high temperatures and thermal radiation, when working in the winter and summer seasons. Besides this, the fabric can be used for lung linings, etc. in accordance with the existing technology of making clothes.

SUBSTANCE: duck fabric is produced from longitudinal and transverse threads, where longitudinal threads are multifilament threads including multiplicity of single thread filaments and at least one thermally fusible filament of thermoplastic material.
