(57) Abstract:

The invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering. In the crown of one of the gears, the gears are made of radial slits small width. With the end surfaces of each tooth is made pockets for the liquid lubricant. Cavity closed pockets straps with ducts for the liquid lubricant at the foot of each tooth. The pockets are separated by a partition with a hole at the head of the tooth. Technical result - increased load capacity and durability of the transmission. 3 Il.

The invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to the transmission of traction devices locomotives, and can be used in a simple and planetary power power plant components.

The known device gear with wheels, the teeth of which have a groove with a depth of not more than the height of the head of the tooth (see patent 2010145, 1994, "Gear"). Such a device wheel greatly increases the load capacity of the gears that operate at medium and high loads. Ring grooves are filled with a liquid lubricant, which improves the health of the transmission.

Most blea, in the crown of one of which has radial slots of a small width and a cavity in every tooth for liquid lubricant (certificate 9279, 1998, "Gear"). The crown wheel perform a recess, in which they place the toothed disc with a cavity in every tooth and channels for filling and lubricant consumption. A supply of lubricant in the working area of the teeth of the wheels can increase the service life of the transmission.

However, the placement of the gear drive crown wheel reduces the length of the contact lines of the mesh, which reduces the load capacity of the transmission, and the use of channels of the same orifice for filling the cavity with a liquid lubricant and its consumption reduces the effectiveness of greasing the wheels, as the cavity or fail to be filled with liquid, or the liquid flows from the cavity to the area of engagement. This reduces the durability of the transmission.

The problem to which the invention is directed, is to increase the load capacity and durability of the transmission.

This objective is achieved in that gear containing gears, crown one of which has radial slots of the small width of the I liquid lubricant in the crown wheel with slots with the end surfaces of each tooth, radial slits small width communicate with the cavities, pockets, cavities pockets closed slats to form ducts for the liquid lubricant at the foot of each tooth, and the pockets are separated by a partition with a hole at the head of the tooth.

The solution of the technical problem is illustrated by the drawings: Fig.1 is a longitudinal section of the crown wheel with radial slots and pockets for liquid lubricant; Fig.2 is a view of the tooth with the end surface of the wheel; Fig.3 - section a-a crown wheel along the slits.

In the crown 1 gears made of radial slots 2 and 3 small width. With the end surfaces of the crown 1 each tooth is made of the cavity in the form of pockets 4 and 5 for the liquid lubricant. Radial slots 2 and 3 are communicated with the cavities of the pockets 4 and 5. Cavity pockets closed bars 7 with the formation of the ducts 8 and 9 for the liquid lubricant at the foot of each tooth, and the pockets are separated by a partition 6 with a hole 10 at the head of the tooth.

Gear works as follows. When diving gear 1 cavity pockets 4 and 5 through the ducts 8 and 9 are filled with a liquid lubricant. Hole 10 in the partition 6 contributes more paperback. When the wheel spins, the centrifugal forces, the liquid lubricant is forced through the slots 2 and 3 small width and enters the zone of engagement. Part of the lubricant remains in the pockets and cavities filled with the dipping of the ring gear in a liquid lubricant.

The proposed solution improves the durability of the gears due to the steady supply of liquid lubricant in the working area of the teeth, holding a liquid lubricant for a long time in the cavities of the pockets of the teeth when it leaks from the transmission, and helps to improve the bearing capacity of gear due to the load distribution along the length of the contact lines of the mesh.

SUBSTANCE: proposed vertical gear reducer has housing 1, three stages assembled from cylindrical gear wheels 3, 5, 7 which are rigidly connected with shafts mounted rotatably in bearings 9-12 in housing. Lubricating fluid 13 is located in lower part of housing. Third-stage wheel 7 is partially immersed in lubricating fluid. Fitted on shaft of second-stage wheel 5 is washer 15 which rotates together with pinion stem 6 performing axial and angular motion. End faces 16 and 17 of gear wheels 3 and 7 of first and third stages directed towards second-stage wheel 5 are located in one plane. Washer 15 is pressed to end faces of gear wheels 16 and 17.

SUBSTANCE: proposed breather has stepped housing 1 with air escape hole, cap 6 and hemispherical dampening element 5. Rod 2 is fitted in air escape hole. Upper part of rod 2 is provided with circular groove. Lower part of rod 2 which is taper in shape extends beyond housing. Dampening element 5 is received by circular groove of rod 2. Cap 6 mounted immovably on housing 1 is provided with slots 7 in its lower part. Clearance is formed in between bottom of cap 6 and end face of rod 2. As soon as pressure reaches its excessive level, rod moves upward letting the air outside through clearance formed between dampening element 5 and through hole of housing 1, flat and slots 7.

SUBSTANCE: planet mechanism comprises solar pinion (43), carrier (41) with satellites (42), and crown gear wheel (39) with synchronizers. Carrier (41) has a bearing in outer wall (10) of the housing of the gear box which is defined by ball roller bearing (13) whose outer race is secured between the lid of the housing and reactive gear clutch member (38) which is set on the bearing. In front of bearing (13) are projections with transverse grooves. The projections are provided on the face of the bearing rods of satellites (42) and carrier (41). The grooves receive the split stop ring that embraces the step washer secured to carrier (41).
