The invention relates to the mining industry, in particular to the means of mechanized sinking mines with the anchor using mining machines, the scope and range of application which is expanded by applying them mounted drilling equipment. The objective of the invention is to improve the performance of drilling operations, the expansion of the scope of the mining machine by reducing gabaritos drilling equipment height in working position, as well as simplifying the design. The use for these purposes, the working body of the harvester leads to the excessive expenditure of time and is not desirable, because it can cause damage to attached equipment because of the large effort of moving the Executive body.

In addition, the scope of the harvester with such attachments in significant sections of the mine workings is limited because of the move was taken with a drill machine for the dimensions of the harvester on width generation, and does not allow you to use two sets of drilling machines.

However, the disadvantage of this digging machine are small, the performance of drilling operations, because it is one of the drilling machine, and a large size of drilling equipment height in operating position. This is because the machine is located on the traverse to the other end of the column at a considerable distance from the hinge connecting the speakers to the Executive body. The present invention is to improve the performance of drilling operations, the expansion of the scope of the mining machine by reducing gabaritos drilling equipment height in working position, as well as simplifying the design.

Comparison of the inventive mountain harvester prototype allows to make a conclusion about the absence in the latter of signs similar to a distinctive signs to declare mining combine.

The set of features of the proposed technical solution is different from the prototype and known analogues and should not be explicitly studied the prior art, therefore, the authors believe that the object is new and involves an inventive step and due to the fact that the combination of characteristics, namely:

- the column is made in the form of a frame box section in its upper part forming a mounting space and which at the same time the protective casing of the Executive body;

- mountain harvester equipped with a second additional drill machine, pivotally mounted on an additional traverse on the free side of the frame;

- beam on each side of the frame made in the form of lugs rigidly connected with the frame and located in front of in place of swivel frames with the Executive body at a distance from it, providing free location drilling machines, turning them around the hinge formed by the lugs of the frame and drilling machines;

- rotator pivotally mounted on the plate feed mechanism with the possibility of variation around the hinge in either direction drilling machines and fixation of the rotator in the working position by the latch;

solves the mountain harvester by reducing gabaritos drilling equipment height in working position, as well as simplifying the design".

These characteristics are related to each other so that when the removal of one of them disappears produced by the invention of the technical result. The invention also represents a step in the development of technology and is progressive, as it allows to improve the performance of drilling operations, to expand the scope of the mining combine, and simplify the design.

Mountain harvester, which claimed the invention may find wide application in the mining industry and other sectors of the economy, i.e., is an industry-relevant technical solution.

The achievement of the technical result when working mountain harvester is provided that:

- The column is made in the form of a frame box section in its upper part forming a mounting pad, and which simultaneously cover the Executive body. This solution allows you to place two drilling machines, one on each side of the frame to make the frame more rigid, and also use it to perform the necessary construction works and for protective functions of the Executive body.

- Mountain harvester equipped with a second DMA.

The implementation of this technical solution allows twice to improve the performance of drilling operations, to simplify the process of drilling blast holes for anchoring, such as beams, due to the use of beams as defined templates by setting them on a drill machine and a preload to the roof framing, and then the subsequent drilling through the holes in the beams.

- Beam on each side of the frame made in the form of lugs rigidly connected with the frame and located in front of in place of swivel frames with the Executive body at a distance from it, providing free location drilling machines, turning them around the hinge formed by the lugs of the frame and drill machines. This design allows a reduction of the dimensions of tunnel boring machines in the working position by connecting them in close proximity to the Executive body, enables the use of the mining machine in the workings of small sections. And also allows to simplify the design, to use one cylinder for manipulation of tunnel boring machines in the vertical plane.

- Rotator pivotally mounted on the plate feed mechanism with the possibility of otkloneniyami. This solution allows you to extend the length of the hole without changing the size of the drilling machine through the use of rods of different lengths and replace them in the drilling process, it gives the opportunity to use the harvester in a small workings.

The work of the mining combine in the following manner. After processing of slaughter by the Executive body last 2 appears in 15 conjunction with drilling machines 6 and 17 moves in the direction of the face around the swivel Executive body 2. SUBSTANCE: facility for milling and/or drilling rock or similar materials consists of spindle drum assembled on support and intended to rotate around axis; several rotating cutter spindles are installed in drum eccentric to axis of drum. On their ends projecting out of the spindle drum the cutter spindles bear working tools. Method for breaking of massif with cross cuts of certain depth made with rotor and planetary-disk actuators. When using combined breaking element: cuts of planetary-disk actuator are arranged in radial direction, and cuts of rotor actuator in tangential one in the form of concentric circumferences. At the same time depth of rotor element cuts is equal to depth of planetary element cuts in the areas of cuts crossing.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to mining industry, namely to driving shields, and may be used during building of highway, railway and public tunnels. Operating member of driving shield includes centre rotor working organ in the form of faceplate, working organs with rock-breaking tools on outer surface for creation of oval form of tunnel section, actuating device of working organs and traveling mechanism. In order to create oval form of tunnel section, working organs are designed as two side and two vertical working organs of drum-type. Each side working organ is designed in the form of body of revolution arranged in relation to cross centroidal principal axis of tunnel section, with bow-shaped element corresponding to arch, half of side arches and perimetres of their connection. End surfaces of vertical working organs of drum-type correspond to arch and floor arch of tunnel. Central working organ is installed by means of bearing on axis located in centre of gravity of driving shield, this axis is also operating member guide. At that side working organs and vertical working organs are installed by means of bearings on their axes rigidly cantilever connected to guide. At that each of mentioned working organs is provided with actuating device, and traveling mechanism is designed in the form of hydraulic jacks.

EFFECT: providing of driving of tunnel of optimal oval shape transverse and establishing of conditions for maximum mechanisation and automation of all operating processes during tunnel building.
