(57) Abstract:

The invention relates to the field of engineering, namely, internal combustion engines, assembled from individual modules. The technical result is to expand the range of engines with minimal build its constituent modules. The invention consists in that in a multi-cylinder engine, consisting of individual blocks of V-shaped joint work the next block with the previous is provided only when the previous block a certain number of revolutions. Off the next block of the overall work at lower rpm. At start-up and warm-up only works the first block. According to the invention the blocks are interconnected by means of the clutch mechanism and the magnitude of the displacement of one block are respectively 600 cm3, 800 cm3and 1000 cm3. 2 Il., table 2.

The invention relates to the field of engineering, namely, internal combustion engines, assembled from modules of the same or different dimensions.

Known multi-cylinder internal combustion engine, assembled from two or more separate V-shaped twin-cylinder bipedally mechanism, and provided with a flywheel, the joint work of the next block with the previous ensured while achieving the crankshaft previous block speed greater than the idling speed, and off of the total work of all subsequent blocks by reducing the speed of the crankshaft of the first block to the idle speed, the commissioning of the first unit provides a starter and a generator, and cooling all subsequent blocks in the idling mode provides the first block (patent Germany 3522988, publ. 26.06.1986).

A disadvantage of the known device is the low efficiency of constructing power series engines.

The technical challenge is to expand the range of engines with minimal build its constituent modules.

This object is achieved in that in a multi-cylinder internal combustion engine, assembled from two or more separate V-shaped twin-cylinder blocks, each of which contains its own power supply system, ignition, intake, exhaust, lubrication, cooling, gas distribution mechanism, and provided with a flywheel, the joint work of the next block with the previous ensured while achieving the crankshaft waguih blocks by reducing the speed of the crankshaft of the first block to the idle speed, commissioning of the first unit provides a starter and a generator, and cooling all subsequent blocks in the idling mode provides the first block according to the invention, the shafts of the units are interconnected by means of a clutch mechanism, and the engine consists of blocks with the same or different size of the working volume, the value of the displacement of one block are respectively 600 cm3, 800 cm3and 1000 cm3.

The motor module includes a V-shaped twin-cylinder block 1, each of which contains its own power supply system, ignition, intake, exhaust, lubrication, cooling, gas distribution mechanism, and provided with a handwheel (not shown) and the crankshaft 2. Blocks 1 their shafts 2 are interconnected by means of a clutch mechanism (not shown).

The claimed invention is implemented as follows.

Separate the heat number of modules with different working volumes, collect a lot of engines with different working volumes and capacity (see tables 1 and 2). To create the entire power range requires only three sizes of modules, the value of the displacement of one block are respectively 600 cm3, 800 cm3and 1000 cm3.

The engine works as follows. Starter let the first block, disconnected from the rest of the engine blocks. This unit is in idle mode, providing the generator and cooling system. Inclusion in the work of subsequent blocks is carried out using the clutch for increased speed of the shaft 2 of the first block. By reducing the speed of the shaft 2 of the first block of the engine to idling speed, the clutch mechanism disconnects from the joint work of subsequent blocks of the engine.

Thus, when all the known advantages of the modular engine, which consists in improving the efficiency and toxicity of exhaust gases, the claimed invention allows to extend the shaping power of the number of engines with a minimum number of sizes of individual modules, of which this series are.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to internal combustion engine. Internal combustion engine includes rotor (5) installed in housing (1) with possibility of rotation about central axis. Cylinders are located in rotor in the plane from rotor to offset axis. Pistons (8) the inner end of which is hinged to eccentrically located axis are located in cylinders. Cylinders (6) with their external ends are located on external edge of rotor (5) with possibility of rotation. Cylinders (6) are borne against external casing of rotor (5). At least one combustion chamber (17) is located in housing (1). Internal end of combustion chamber is borne against internal wall of the housing, which envelopes external casing of rotor (5). Combustion chamber (17) is located at angle (a) of 45 to 90, namely 70 to 85 to radius of rotor (5).

EFFECT: simplifying the design, reducing vibration and noise levels, as well as increasing the engine efficiency.

SUBSTANCE: pneumatic driving method of clutch mechanism of expansion machine section shafts with power take-off shaft of piston engine is designed for control of torsional moment without gear shift mechanism of piston engine with working medium feeding generated by free-piston gas generator with common external combustion chamber. To engage the shafts of extension machine sections of engine with power take-off shaft the engine control system supplies the air compressed in gas generator compressor cavities into the cavity of coupling drive piston of that extension machine, where the coupling is needed, and shaft gears of extension machine and piston engine are coupled. To disengage the shaft of extension machine section from power take-off shaft of piston engine the engine control system supplies the air compressed in gas generator compressor cavities into the opposite cavity of coupling drive piston and shaft gears of extension machine and piston engine are disengaged.

EFFECT: simplification of structure, power and energy consumption of coupling mechanism of piston sections with power take-off shaft.

SUBSTANCE: engine comprises a turbocharger (1) having a turbine (2) and a compressor (3) which output through the cooler (4) and the first throttle flap (5) connects with the intake manifold (6) of the internal combustion engine (7), the catalyzator (15) installed in the exhaust path (18) of the internal combustion engine (7), a gas turbine engine (17) which fuel supply inlet through the non-return valve (43) connects with the outlet of the turbine (2) and the outlet connects with the inlet of the catalyzator (15). At the air supply inlet of the gas turbine engine (17), the second throttle flap (19) is installed, and a bypass valve (29) is installed between the fuel supply inlet and the gas turbine engine outlet. A reducer (21) is connected to the power take-off shaft of the gas turbine engine (17), whereto the rotor of the reversible electric machine (22) is connected, where to an inverter (23) and an electric energy storage (24) are connected in series. The catalyzator (15) has a heater (25) connected to the heater control module (26), which is connected to the output of the inverter (23) and to the heater (25). The device also includes a control unit (11), to which inputs a group of temperature and pressure sensors (12, 27, 38), exhaust emission control sensors (14, 28) and an accelerator sensor (16) are connected. The control outputs of the control unit (11) are connected to the throttle flaps (5, 19), the bypass valves (9, 29), the heater control module (26) and the inverter (23).

EFFECT: increased efficiency of the engine operation and reduced emission of harmful substances.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for disconnection of engines in case of emergency situations and to compression brakes of engine trucks. Device for emergency shutting down of internal combustion engine and deceleration of vehicle by engine contains member for closing section of intake pipe line, closing member position setter and compressed air source. Closing member position setter is made in form of crankshaft speed limit pickup, oil pressure drop pickup, cooling liquid temperature rise pickup, and engine retarder control pushbutton. Intake pipeline section closing member is made in form of spool series-connected by pneumatic cylinder, in upper part of which calibrated hole communicating with atmosphere is made with fuel-feed valve connected with fuel-feed main line and with each of above-indicated pickups through check valve, and signal lamp and with engineering retarder control pushbutton and is connected in series with compressed air source. Pickups and engine retarder control pushbutton are connected in parallel.

EFFECT: improved reliability and efficiency of engine in operation, enlarged functional capabilities.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ICE application in various machines incorporating an electromechanical transmission. The proposed method of stabilising the ICE minimum specific fuel rate by automatically adjusting the ICE operating conditions via a feedback circuit connected to the electromechanical transmission components consists in presetting the engine shaft rpm corresponding to the minimum specific fuel consumption, measuring the said shaft rpm variation at varying outer moment of resistance, comparing the resulted value with the preset one, amplifying the difference signal and feeding it to the AC generator excitation current control circuit input to make the aforesaid moment to comply with that developed by ICE. Note that at the same time, the electric power accumulator output voltage is measured and compared with two preset levels. Given any departure from the aforesaid preset levels, a signal is generated to cut off the ICE in case the voltage exceeds the preset level, or to cut in the ICE in case the measured voltage is lower than the preset one that allows operating the ICE in intermittent service.

EFFECT: stabilisation of minimum specific fuel rate and optimisation of ICE operating conditions at varying electromechanical transmission engine loads, simpler ICE design.

On a sensor (6) signal at load decrease to magnitude smaller than 30% of rated value the fuel feed device position pickup (7) is used to feed signal from speed automatic controller (10) of control unit (13) and frequency generator via current sinusoidal oscillations of amplitude and frequency oscillator (12). Said oscillator (12) is timed by crankshaft turn angle transducer (5) with its angular position. Invention covers also the diesel control at low feed and minimum stable rpm.

EFFECT: lower minimum stable rpm at load and idling.

SUBSTANCE: claimed system comprises the device (100) to decreased the carbon emissions and carbon credit control server. The device (100) consists of the fuel data control module (110), idling limitation module (120), carbon dioxide emission limitation calculation module (130) and carbon credits conversion module (140). Note here that module (110) can define the fed fuel grade and volume and generate the data on measured volume of fed fuel. Besides, said module (110) can define the volume of consumed fuel, generate, store and control the data on fuel volume measurement. Module (120) can minimize the fuel feed into the engine for fuel consumption limitation at idling without fuel control pedal depression for a preset time interval. Besides, it normalizes the fuel feed at depression of said pedal. Module (130) can generate the data on reduction of the carbon dioxide emission. Module (140) can read off the data on reduction of carbon emission, index the history of economy value conversion and convert the carbon emissions to obtain the carbon credit. Carbon credit control serves can get the ID data on the user, the vehicle ID data, the data on carbon credit authenticity confirmation and the data on carbon emission reduction from appropriate device connected via data communication network. Besides, said server can generate and transfer the data to the carbon elision reduction device. This invention discloses the emitted carbon dioxide volume reduction in the vehicle and conversion of emissions into carbon credit.

EFFECT: decreased ejection of greenhouse gases of vehicles.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in fuel feed systems of internal combustion engines (ICE), preferably of railway vehicles. Proposed device (1) for protection of plants has consumer (3), fuel tank (2), which is connected to consumer (3) by fuel pipeline (6), and installed in fuel pipeline (6) pneumatically actuated emergency shut-off valve (7), which in the locked position locks, while in the opened position opens fuel pipeline (6), herewith emergency shut-off valve (7) without actuation remains in its locked position or is automatically switched over into it. Shut-off valve (7) also has the possibility of actuation by electric or electromagnetic method, for this purpose it is connected to accumulator (17) of energy via electric circuit (18).

EFFECT: higher safety of the fuel feed system.

SUBSTANCE: start locking circuit is designed for an operating tool with an internal combustion engine (20). The internal combustion engine (20) contains a cylinder (21) with a combustion chamber (25) and a control unit (60) to provide the engine operation. When the engine is running the combustion chamber (25) is supplied with combustion air and fuel, wherein the air-fuel mixture in the combustion chamber (25) is ignited with an ignition plug (26). A mode selection switch is designed for actuating the internal combustion engine (20) and has an operating position and a starting position for air-fuel enrichment. The braking unit (19) for locking is coupled with the tool operating body. When in the operating mode, the braking unit (19) for locking locks the operating body with a brake, and when in a standby condition, it unlocks the operating body without actuating the braking system. An operation transmitter is connected with the braking unit (19) for locking to detect the operating mode of the locking braking unit. There is a position sensor in the mode selection switch. The status signal for the operation transmitter (19) of the locking braking unit and the status signal for the position sensor of the mode selection switch are interconnected in such a way that the control unit (60) stops the engine operation in all cases when the mode selection switch is in the starting position, and the locking braking unit (19) is in its standby condition with the braking system off.

EFFECT: avoidance of the engine start with rich mixture without switching the locking braking unit on, as the locking braking unit locks and brakes the tool operating body.
