(57) Abstract:

The invention relates to the oil industry, and in particular to methods of inhibiting the deposition of wax in the extraction and transport of oil by chemical reagents. Method of inhibiting the deposition of wax is dosed introduction of the inhibitor into the annular space using a high-pressure gas. As the inhibitor was applied composition containing salts of petroleum acids 10-25%, petroleum solvent 20-50% and water in an amount from 0.01 to 0.30% of the volume of extracted oil. Technical result: high efficiency, absence of toxic components in the reagent. table 1.

The invention relates to the oil industry, and in particular to methods of inhibiting the deposition of wax in the extraction and transport of oil by chemical reagents.

The known method of using pyrolysis condensate fraction and the solvent in the fight against partynational [1] . When added in the amount of 1-3% of the viscosity of the oil is reduced by 2-3 times, the pour point is reduced by 3-4oWith the increase in the number of solvent up to 10% pour point reduced by 12-14oC. Protective effect of the solvent at its introduction in if the shown method is higher dosage of the chemical reagent with relatively low efficiency.

There is also known a method of preventing deposition of paraffin using dialkyldithiophosphate sodium [2], which is a surface-active substance having antifasciste properties, nearestairport and a good index dispersing ability in the oil environment. Its synthesis is carried out in three stages:

a) condensation of high molecular weight carboxylic acid aminosterol;

b) processing the condensation products paternity phosphorus;

C) neutralization dialkyldithiophosphate acids with caustic soda.

The final product contains up to 20% kerosene and is a viscous liquid dark color, soluble in petroleum and petroleum products. Using the obtained reagent, reduction of interfacial tension at the boundary of water - solution in oil from 32.5 to 11,0-15,0 erg/cm2at a concentration of 0.25 to 0.01%.

The disadvantages of dialkyldithiophosphate sodium are:

- sophisticated production technology, requiring hard-to-reach reagents (paternity phosphorus, high molecular weight carboxylic acid);

- relatively high dosage.

Closest to the proposed method, the set of essential characteristics of the two the 2-acyloxy-2', 2"-dioxide-ethylamine in an amount of 0.1-0.01% of the total oil. The specified reagent is produced by condensation of VAT residue synthetic fatty acids with the number of carbon atoms above 21 and an acid number of 130 to 150 mg KOH with triethanolamine at 170-180oWith a length of 3-3,5 hours in the presence of KOH. The resulting product is a surface-active substance and soluble in oil. The effectiveness of the prevention of paraffin under the effect of said surfactant is 93-95% when it is used in an amount of 0.1-0.01% of the total oil.

It is obtained by sophisticated technology with the use of hard substances such as triethanolamine. In addition, the presence of triethanolamine in the technology of production and the composition of the used reagent makes it toxic.

The task of the invention is to develop a method of inhibiting the deposition of wax in the extraction and transportation of oil using a chemical reagent, obtained by simple technologies with readily available and non-toxic substances.

The task in the proposed method solved by the use as a chemical reagent composition containing salts of petroleum acids, petroleum solvent and water is steel

The inhibitor is prepared by mixing the components with vigorous stirring for 5-10 min at a temperature of 10-35oC.

As salts of petroleum acids can be used mylonaft or other salts of natural petroleum acids, as oil solvent can be used nefras different brands, solvent, white spirit or light fraction distillation of crude oil.

The inhibitor is dosed into the annular space using a high-pressure gas in the amount of from 0.01 to 0.30% of the amount of oil.

The effectiveness of the prepared compositions were determined by well-known methods of deposition dissolved in paraffin oil on a cooled metal surface at a temperature of 5-10oWith over 25 minutes were Simultaneously conducted experiments without addition of reagent and comparing the number of paraffin deposits was determined by the effectiveness of the inhibitor.

The proposed method is illustrated by the following examples.

Example 1.

Testing was carried out on the oil containing 25% of paraffin. The amount of reagent to 0.01%. The composition of the reagent:

Sodium salt of petroleum acids (milonoff) - 25

Petroleum solvent (nefras 50/170) - 50

Water - 25

The effectiveness of ing is eagent of 0.1%. The composition of the reagent:

Sodium salt of petroleum acids (milonoff) - 25

Petroleum solvent (solvent) - 50

Water - 25

The inhibitor efficiency of 95%.

Example 3.

Testing was carried out on the oil containing 25% of paraffin. The amount of reagent and 0.3%. The composition of the reagent:

Sodium salt of petroleum acids (milonoff) - 25

Petroleum solvent (fraction of N.To. - 250oC) - 50

Water - 25

The inhibitor efficiency was 99.2%.

The table shows the following 4 to 12 are examples carried out in a similar way to oil containing 15% paraffin, using malonate and fractions N. To. - 200oC.

Thus, the proposed chemical reagent, obtained by a simple technique that does not contain toxic components and exhibits high efficiency.
