The inventive arrangement of the warp and weft in the rapport weave allows to obtain a woven frame with high (not less than 300 kgf/cm) breaking load on the basis of sufficient tenacity on a duck (not less than 25% of the breaking load of the warp) and a high coefficient of coupling threads (not less than 5.0).

In Fig. 1 shows an illustration of rapport weave fabric constructed on the basis of two repeats of polreps 3/1 and scheme of arranging the threads in two sections along the warp and weft threads.

In Fig. 2 shows an illustration of rapport weave fabric constructed on the basis of two repeats of polreps 5/1+1/1 and scheme of arranging the threads in the two sections of the WDA.

In Fig.3, 4 and 5 above figures weave fabric constructed on the basis of polreps 3/1, in which the warp threads are repeated 2, 3 and 4 times.

In Fig.6, 7 and 8 above figures weave fabric constructed on the basis of polreps 5/1+1/1, in which the warp threads are repeated 2, 3 and 4 times.

We offer fabric made by Shuttle, microcentric or rapier weaving mills, equipped samoobrazovaniem mechanism with repeats on a duck, equal to 4 or 8.

To confirm the technical result of the invention were produced experimental woven frames of the proposed design.

Prototypes of the woven frames with a positive result tested at the Moscow plant "RTI-RUBBER". Test results of fabric recommended for industrial application in dvukhpolosnykh conveyor belts series 2-STS". On the fabric TLC-300, TLC-400, TLC-500 and TLC-600 drafted, agreed and approved by the technical conditions of JSC "NIIT" THE 8378-015-00302379-99 (extract from the test report attached).

Main technical characteristics of the tissue on the unique fabric of the prototype are given in table.1. Specifications made of fabrics of the claimed design is shown in table.2.
