(57) Abstract:

The invention relates to the production of fabrics and filter fabrics made of main and weft threads, which represents a twisted yarn of the same linear density, and having a surface density of 350-500 g/m2when this yarn is made from a mixture of polymers of polyvinyl chloride and polyvinylidenechloride taken in the ratio 90-60:10-40 wt.%, and the breathability of the fabric is 0,2-0,042 m3/(m2C). This fabric has an increased service life. table 1.

The invention relates to the field of technical fabrics and can be used for filtration of chemically aggressive media at elevated temperatures, in particular in the chemical, automotive, metallurgical and other industries.

Known filtered fabric, made of main and weft yarns constituting the woven polyester yarn of the same linear density. This fabric is designed for purification of process gases and industrial air [1].

The disadvantage of this fabric is that it breaks down quickly when exposed to corrosive environments at elevated temperatures, i.e., it is slightly the chlorin (chlorinated polyvinyl chloride) filaments and yarns of the same linear density and having a surface density of 350-500 g/m2[2].

This fabric is used for filtration of aggressive media such as acids, alkalis, salts.

The disadvantage of this fabric is that it can be used for filtration at temperatures above 70oC. This is because the fabric low shrinkage onset temperature (60-70oC) and high value of shrinkage (10-12%), which leads to the fact that when filtering at higher temperatures, the fabric strongly shrinks, becomes hard and poorly permeable to the solution, i.e. actually lose their filtering ability.

Technical result achieved in the inventive fabric - fever beginning shrinkage, reduction in the size of its shrinkage, which increases the life of the fabric.

To achieve this technical result of the filter cloth is made of main and weft threads, which represents a twisted yarn of the same linear density, obtained from a mixture of polymers of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and polyvinylidenechloride (PVDC), taken in the ratio 90-60:10-40 wt.%.

The inventive fabric may be made of twill or plain weave woven from the same yarn with a linear density of 20 Tex x 3, is of icina shrinking - 0-9%.

It is established that a great influence on the filtration capacity of the tissue exerts its structure, the structure of warp and weft threads, the density of threads in the fabric.

Quality filter cloth characterize parameters such as retention capacity and filtration rate. On an industrial scale both these factors are important and at the same retention preference is given tissue with greater filtration rate, which is directly proportional to the permeability.

It is established that the optimal parameters of permeability of the inventive fabric of 0.2-0,0423/(m2C).

The permeability was determined after heat treatment of the fabric with 80oC for 30 min according to standard methods [2].

Filter fabric is produced weave: twill weft chetyrehryadnaya of the main and weft threads of the woven yarns of the same linear density of 20 Tex x 3 and made of a mixture of polymers PVC - 90 wt.% and PVDC - 10 wt.%.

The finished fabric has the following parameters. The number of threads per 10 cm is: basis - 170, duck - 80; the surface density of the finished fabric - 350 g/m2; tol the3/(m2C).

Similarly make the filter cloth from a mixture of PVC and PVDC when their ratio in the claimed parameters.

Using the proposed tissue in comparison with the nearest similar increases its temperature shrinkage 30-50oC, the amount of shrinkage of the fabric is reduced to 0-9%, which increases the life of the fabric ~ 1.5-2 times.

The permeability of the inventive fabric after heat treatment at 80oC for 30 min 0.2-0,042 m3/(m2C) tissue closest analogue (after heat treatment) - 0,010-0,012 m3/(m2C).
