(57) Abstract:

The invention relates to a power system and can be used in the manufacture of convective pipes with ribs. The pipe is placed a metal disks, the inner diameter of which is equal to the nominal diameter of the outer surface of the pipe. The disk is fixed in the axial direction and is connected to a pipe by plastic deformation of the latter. For this purpose on the inner surface of the pipe to form a multi-axial or multiple spiral groove with a semicircular cross-section with obtaining on the outer pipe surface protrusions with a cross-section in the shape of a semicircle. The length of the chord of the semicircle is 3-4 times higher than the width of the metal disk. When using thick metal disk surface contact with the pipe perform in the form of a wedge with double the angle at the vertex. Technical problem which the claimed invention is directed, is to reduce the complexity of manufacturing finned heat pipe heat exchanger.

To solve the problem in the known method of manufacturing a finned heat pipe heat exchanger, comprising the sequential placement of the pipe metal discs, the inner diameter of which is equal to the nominal diameter of the outer surface of the pipe, the fixing disk in the axial direction and connect them with a pipe by plastic deformation of the latter, according to the invention the plastic deformation of the pipe is carried out by forming on the inner surface multi axial or multiple spiral grooves of semicircular cross-section with obtaining on the outer pipe surface protrusions with a cross-section in the shape of a semicircle, chord length which is 3-4 times greater than the width metallinou perform in the form of a wedge with double the angle at the vertex.

The invention is illustrated by drawings, where Fig.1 shows the production version of the finned heat pipe for screw-cutting lathe; Fig.2 shows a section a-a of Fig.1; Fig.3 and Fig.4 - section b-B of Fig.2 options metal discs, different shape of the contact surface.

Manufacturer of finned heat pipe is carried out in the following sequence. The pipe 1 is placed therein with an axial step t of the metal disk 2 set in the lodgement combs 3, providing for axial securing of the plates along the axis of the pipe 1. Comb 3 mounted on the frame screw-cutting lathe. The pipe 1 through the split sleeve 4 having an annular flange to prevent axial shift in the process of formation, is mounted in the cartridge 5 screw-cutting lathe and supported by a steady rest 6. Inside the pipe is injected from the side of the tailstock of the machine frame 7 that is connected with raskatnoe head 8, is equipped with a pressure tool with forming spherical bodies form 9 or rotating rollers, placed on the size of the desired value of the grooves and protrusions in the wall of the pipe. The other end of the mandrel 7 is mounted in the support plate 10 of the machine.

Secure the strength of the disk on the outer surface of the pipe when the execution of the aforementioned conditions ensures a high degree of operational reliability of the heat exchanger.

Drives for beading tubes use a variety of structural shapes - round, multi-faceted and oval, which is made by stamping.

The high strength characteristics of the connection of the drive pipe in this method of manufacture is confirmed by calculation and experiment. So, for pipe sizes h and diamesinae shear steel disk is about 150...200 kgf.

Convective pipe manufactured according to this method, provides a total increase of active surface heat transfer, reliability and durability of the drive connection with the pipe, reduces the complexity of manufacturing by eliminating welding and creates an incremental turbulization of both external and internal flows of fluids.

Technical and economic efficiency of technical solutions is reflected in the improvement of thermal parameters of heat exchangers, boiler units and to reduce fuel and energy costs.

Pneumatic hammer comprises circuit chamber, hollow cylinder accommodating striker with central channel dividing cylinder space into idle and work chambers, barrel and tube with throttle valve. Cylinder one face accommodates cover with flange and central through hole. Opposite face of said cylinder accommodates working tool. Cylinder sidewall is provided with discharge channels. Circular static augmentor chamber is arranged between barrel wall and cylinder outer side surface. Wall cylinder has augmentor channel to periodically communicate augmentor chamber with work chamber. Said augmentor channel is shaped over its length equal. Along cylinder generator, to striker length over striker end face edges. Cover is provided with throttle calibrated radial groove to communicate circuit chamber with circular static augmentor chamber. Tube is passed through striker central channel and cover central orifice to communicate circuit chamber with idle chamber via throttle valve. Tube side surfaces and those of cover central through hole form throttle annular channel that makes an inlet of work chamber.

Tubes are welded at forming seam whose length exceeds necessary value due to expansion of end portions of tubes joined for assembling. Then tube is straightened by local plastic deformation of welded seam and near-seam zones by means of compression efforts while imparting to tube rotation and translation motion.

EFFECT: possibility for preventing flaws of welded seams due to finish plastic deformation of them.

SUBSTANCE: method for making curvilinear member having inner and outer tubes is realized at using inner tube with curvilinear and rectilinear portions. Outer tube is mounted coaxially relative to inner one during process of bending outer tube on template. The last has working groove whose surface is congruent to surface of curvilinear portion of inner tube. Apparatus for performing the method includes template, unit for clamping tube and stationary hollow cylindrical mandrel. Clamping unit has cavity formed by changeable holders; one holder is movable and other is stationary relative to template. SUBSTANCE: the jig has a supporting frame with intermediate and end processing supports positioned in it in two rows for fixation respectively of side walls and gas input and output chambers installed at the ends of the section. Each processing support has horizontal supporting platforms, and at least part of the processing supports has posts mounted on them with at least one coordinate-pendulum section of the surface put out for the overall dimensions of the outer surface of the respective wall of the manufactured section. At least one end support on each end of the jig is provided with a upper coordinate fixing member, the contact surfaces of these members on the opposite ends of the jug are installed with a height difference making up 0.002 to 0.009 of the jig working length with no allowance made for the summary length of the coordinate-fixing members.

SUBSTANCE: device has plate mounted on frame. On aforementioned plate additional pair of posts is mounted with detachable upper portal beam. Portal beam has pairs of bearing devices mounted along its length. Outmost ones of those are positioned coaxially to axes of posts of portal frame, and bearing devices of middle pair positioned between them are mounted coaxially to central vertical axes of collectors for injection or drainage of air and each one is provided with coordinate-bearing disk connected to it on lower side of portal beam for technological holding of ends contour and spatial position of body of appropriate collector for injection or drainage of air in process of assemblage and mounting of block. On aforementioned plate two additional posts are mounted with levels of detachable beams mounted thereupon within height limitations of pipe boards, having coordinate elements adjustably positioned one them with bearing-marking vertical surfaces, of checked plane position and meant for holding and control of position of pipe boards of block collectors. On building berth plate additional posts mounted in pairs along length of building berth are positioned, meant for technological holding of mounted posts of block frame.

EFFECT: optimized technological process of manufacturing of heat exchange block of heat exchange apparatus, higher precision of mounting and assemblage of elements of heat exchange block with decreased laboriousness of operations and lower metal cost of construction.
