The invention relates to materials, coatings which reduce vibratory loads, and can be used as coatings of metal structures which have high vibratory loads, as well as coatings buildings vehicles, engines, hulls, etc. Mastic contains polyvinyl acetate dispersion, chloroparaffin, plasticizer "ADOS", nepheline flame, graphite, dispersant, such as sodium tripolyphosphate. Mastic has a sufficiently high vibration damping properties. The introduction of the mastic dispersant (sodium tripolyphosphate) provides an additional increase of vibration damping properties. The technical result is an increase in vibration-absorbing properties of mastic, the improvement of the hygienic characteristics of the coating and the possibility of using the claimed mastic for a wider class of products. 2 C.p. f-crystals, 2 tab.

The disadvantage of the prototype, which does not allow us to achieve our goal, is increased II hazard class plasticizer (dibutyl phthalate).

The present invention is supposed solution to the problem of creating mastic, providing improved vibration damping properties with ISOE is backupnode essential features, sufficient to achieve the above technical result.

According to the invention, the above problem is solved due to the fact that the vibration-absorbing resin, comprising plasticized polyvinyl acetate dispersion, chloroparaffin, nepheline flame and graphite, characterized by the fact that it contains plasticizer plasticizer "Egos" and dispersant in the following ratio, wt.h.:

Polyvinyl acetate dispersion - 100,0

Plasticizer "Egos" - 40,0-80,0

Chloroparaffin - 25,0-70,0

Nepheline flame retardant - 15,0-60,0

Graphite - 100,0-300,0

Dispersant - 2,0-15,0

This is a set of essential features that provide technical result in all cases to which the requested amount of legal protection.

In addition, the claimed solution has optional features that characterize its special cases, the specific form of its material embodiment or special conditions of its use, namely:

as graphite it contains foundry graphite GL-1,

as the dispersant, it contains sodium tripolyphosphate.

The applicant has not identified the sources, content is the criterion of "novelty."

Due to the implementation of the distinguishing features of the invention (in conjunction with the features indicated in the restrictive part of the formula) achieved an important new properties of the object. In the proposed technical solution is achieved by increasing the vibration damping properties of the mastic while reducing hazard class used components.

The applicant is not aware of any publication that would contain information about the impact of the distinctive features of invention technical result achieved. In this regard, according to the applicant, it is possible to draw a conclusion on the conformity of the proposed technical solution the criterion of "inventive step".

Declared mastic is prepared in stages. First, prepare a binder consisting of polyvinyl acetate dispersions brand 51-C (GOST 18992-80), plasticized solution chloroparaffin HP-1100 (TU 6-01597-90) plasticizer "Ados (TU 2493-003-13004749-93). Then prepare a filler consisting of foundry graphite GL-1(GOST 17022-81), solution of the dispersant is sodium tripolyphosphate (TU 2148-095-43499406-98) and nepheline flame retardant (TU 6-08-340-76). Then produce a mixing of prepared ingredients in the mixer and stores thus obtained suit the value of the tangent of mechanical loss, that largely depends on the temperature that must be considered when operating products using coatings of vibration mastics.

To define the properties stated mastics were prepared several compounds (table. 1).

The dependence of the vibration-absorbing properties of the claimed composition on temperature are given in table. 2.

From table.2 shows that the claimed mastic has a sufficiently high vibration damping properties. The introduction of the mastic dispersant (sodium tripolyphosphate) provides an additional increase in vibration-absorbing properties of mastic compared with sample 4, in which the dispersant is missing.

In the claimed mastic used cheaper compared with dibutyl phthalate plasticizer "Ados", which has III hazard class. This provides an improvement of the hygienic characteristics of the coating and the possibility of using the claimed mastic for a wider class of products.

The industrial applicability of the claimed technical solution is confirmed by the successful results of experimental use of the claimed compositions, which can be manufactured with the required criterion "industrial applicability".

Using the stated solution provides improved vibration damping properties of mastic, the improvement of the hygienic characteristics of the coating and the possibility of using the claimed mastic for a wider class of products.
