The invention relates to the rubber industry, in particular rubber compound on the basis of butadiene-styrene and ethylene propylene rubbers. Intended for the manufacture of seals and lowering of automobile glasses. The rubber mixture has a composition, wt.%: butadiene-styrene rubber having a content of bound styrene 23-24% 22,22-26,05; butadiene-styrene rubber having a content of bound styrene 63-64% 6,84-8,02; ethylene-propylene rubber with ethylidenenorbornene 5,13-6,01; vulcanizing the group 1,72-2,78, activator 2,05-3,21; antioxidant to 2.06-2.40 a; a plasticizer reduced to 2 wt. % prefinancing oil 4,27-6,61; filler 41,97-50,44; pasta "Calcinate" 1,71-2,00; technological additive selected from the group: a mixture of calcium Soaps and amides of saturated fatty acids, anhydrous mixture of fatty alcohols and esters of fatty acids, a mixture of fatty acids, zinc salts and ethoxylated products of 1.03-1,98. The invention relates to the rubber industry, in particular to develop a recipe which I manufacture seals surge of automobile glasses.

Known rubber mixture based on styrene butadiene rubber and ethylene-propylene rubber containing vulcanizing group, a vulcanization activator, antioxidant, plasticizer, filler, paste "Calcinate" (TR 57-15134-93).

However, this mixture is unsuitable for the manufacture of seals new car models, where the mounting part for fixing profile on doors comply with requirements of high rigidity.

The purpose of the invention is the increase in hardness of the rubber, retaining technological properties during manufacturing and extrusion, providing installation and operational properties of the seals.

This objective is achieved in that the rubber mixture on the basis of butadiene-stroligo rubber and ethylene-propylene rubber containing vulcanizing group, activator, antioxidant, plasticizer, including parafiyanava oil, filler, paste "Calcinate", contains as butadiene-styrene rubber, a combination of styrene butadiene rubber content 23-24% bound styrene, and butadiene-styrene rubber content 63-64% of bound styrene as EPDM - ethylene propylene diene monomer carcheapinloanuk oil - plasticizer reduced to 2 wt.% content prefinancing oil and dopolnitelno technological additive selected from the group comprising a mixture of calcium Soaps and amides of saturated fatty acids, anhydrous mixture of fatty alcohols and esters of fatty acids, a mixture of fatty acids, zinc salts and ethoxylated products in the following ratio, wt.%:

Comparative analysis of the prototype will allow us to conclude that the inventive rubber is alien butadiene rubber content 23-24% bound styrene, and butadiene-styrene rubber content 63-64% bound styrene, as ethylene-propylene rubber ethylene-propylene rubber content as the third monomer of ethylidenenorbornene, as a plasticizer comprising parafiyanava oil plasticizer reduced to 2 wt.% content prefinancing oils and advanced technology additive selected from the group comprising a mixture of calcium Soaps and amides of saturated fatty acids, anhydrous mixture of fatty alcohols and esters of fatty acids, a mixture of fatty acids, zinc salts and ethoxylated products.

Thus, the proposed solution meets the criterion of "novelty", and the proposed composition of the rubber compound has a high hardness, good workability in the manufacture and extrusion.

Seals made of this rubber compound, have required the installation and maintenance of properties.

Thus, the proposed rubber compound gives products with new properties, which allows to make a conclusion on the conformity of the proposed solutions to the criterion of "significant differences".

The compositions of the known and proposed mixtures are shown in table 1, and their properties in table 2.
