(57) Abstract:

The invention relates to the mining industry and can be used on the mines and the mines. The technical result of the invention is improving the efficiency of production processes and safety in underground mines by increasing the efficiency of search and rescue in the event of an accident. This system is responsible for the collection, analysis and transmission of information through the channels of wired and wireless communications in automatic mode and needs. The system operates under the control of the parent computer related information highways with stations collect and send (DCTs), distributed through the underground workings. In part of the control environment and the location of miners in underground mine workings, head of the computer system is additionally equipped with special software "COULD" engaged in the collection, storage, analysis and transmission of information in automatic mode and needs. The essence of the claimed technical solution is an automated system of management and control of production processes, environment and location of miners in underground mines, engaged in the collection, analysis and transmission of information through the channels of wired and wireless communications in the automatic mode and, upon request, according to the invention is that the system is additionally equipped with receivers coded the e equipped with transmitters coded radio signals with limited range, mounted in head lamps, which allows in addition to production processes to continuously monitor the condition of the environment (mining and geological conditions and mining atmosphere) and the location of miners in underground workings.

Scheme of the proposed system is shown in the drawing (shown mostly only offer additional elements of the system). Remote control PU (1), equipped with a computer connected to the information highway with stations of the collection and transmission of information igts (2), distributed through the underground workings. The proposed automated system of control of the environment and the location of miners in underground mine workings, works as follows. Head computer PU running special software ("SMOG") automatically or at the request of the operator sends commands to the measurement and reporting of environmental parameters, and the hunky coded radio signals, which is equipped with head lamps miners, send signals automatically with a frequency of several times per minute, for each miners is assigned its own unique code. Information about the current location of the miners and their locations within the preceding period of time may be used for the organization of search and rescue in case of an accident in the underground workings.

Thus, the proposed automated system for management and control of production processes, environment and location of miners in underground workings in addition to improving efficiency of production processes increases the level of safety in underground workings and increases the efficiency of search and rescue in case of accidents.

SUBSTANCE: device has two asynchronous electric engines, connected via reducers to drive sprockets of continuous traction chain, provided with plane carriages with their possible displacement along the guide, and hydraulic cylinders for displacing guide on pit-face. To windings of stators of first and second electric engines connected respectively are outputs of first and second frequency converters, inputs of which are connected to power grid and control inputs of which are connected respectively to outputs of first and second frequency adjusters. To frequency adjusters also connected are inputs of load detectors, to outputs of which load balancing block is connected, outputs of which are connected to inputs of first frequency adjuster. To inputs of both frequency adjusters output of load adjuster is connected, inputs of which are connected to load-setting block and load sensor for second engine. To output of second frequency converter connected are input of control block, other input of which is connected to signal block of base plant, and stator winding of third asynchronous engine, which via mechanical link is connected to first and second hydraulic pumps, having constant working volumes. Output of first hydraulic pump is connected to force hydro-main and input of second preventing hydraulic valve and to first inputs of two-position hydraulic distributors with electromagnetic control, to electromagnets of which outputs of control block are connected. Second inputs of two-positional hydraulic distributors with electromagnetic control are connected to control chambers of hydro-controlled two-positional hydro-distributors, which are part of hydro-blocks. Outputs of hydro-controlled two-positional distributors are connected to opposite hollows of volumetric dosing device of each hydro-block, and their inputs are connected respectively to outputs of hydro-distributors for controlling hydro-cylinder for moving the guide on pit-face, inputs of each of which are connected to force and drain hydro-mains, and outputs are connected to piston and rod hollows of appropriate hydro-cylinder.
