(57) Abstract:

Describes an adhesive composition for attaching a fluoride rubber to metal comprising 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, a solution of paraformaldehyde in monoethanolamine, ethyl alcohol and water. The technical result is an improved adhesion of rubber from silicone elastomer to the metal surface. 3 table.

The invention relates to adhesives, namely, adhesive compositions for secure attachment of rubber from silicone elastomer to metal during vulcanization.

It is known that the mount rubbers on the basis of forecasters to metal surfaces can be achieved using adhesives Chemosil 511, Chemosil X 5130 and Hemosil 512.

In the adhesive composition of Chemosil 511 includes silicon-containing compound in ethanol solution. The formula of the silicon-containing compound is not (Special products for the rubber industry. Henkel KGaA. SPK 7/90). Chemosil X 5130 similar to Chemosil 511, dilution of the adhesive can be isopropyl alcohol with a water content of not more than 2 wt.% (Henkel KGaA, R-A1).

Based glue Hemosil 512 comprise silane and resin in methyl ethyl ketone, which are not specified ( Henkel KGaA, SPK 10/90 ).

Famous water company Henkel adhesives XW 7484 th film (Morozov, Y. C., Reznichenko S. C. Such adhesives comparable to systems containing the solvent, although somewhat inferior to them in strength of attachment of the rubber to the metal. Know the use of carbofunctional organosilicon derivatives, in particular 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, for the preparation of adhesives and surface treatment (Lazarev, Century , Sobolewski M. C., Rosenberg, C. R. Carbofunctional organosilane and organosiloxane. M.: Chemistry, 1990, c.124; Novitskaya, S. P., Nudelman H. N., Dontsov, A. A. Forecaster. M.: Chemistry, 1988, S. 180 - prototype). Such adhesives may contain resin (rezol, phenolic), 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (AGM-9), the solvent (methyl ethyl ketone). The water content of the organic solvent is methylethylketone (TU 6-09-782-76) - limited regulatory document and does not exceed 0.8 wt.%. An organic solvent such adhesives is the main water - secondary. When the dilution is of ACA of the present invention is to improve the adhesion of rubber from silicone elastomer to the metal surface.

To address this goal, we propose to use in the adhesive composition (water content of more than 50 wt.%) as the resin solution of paraformaldehyde in monoethanolamine.

Example 1. Technology of preparation of the adhesive composition

To 20 kg of water with stirring, poured the mixture 659,4 g AGM-9 (d=0,942 g/cm3and 1134 g of ethyl alcohol. After that add 117,2 g of the solution (d= 1,172 g/cmCnD20=1,4735) of paraformaldehyde in monoethanolamine (2-oxicillin, d= 1,022 g/cm3nD22=1,4539). The mixture is stirred for 15 min and left at room temperature for 1 day.

In the end you get a viscous opalescense liquid, which is used as the adhesive. If necessary, dilute with water to desired consistency. Applying adhesive to the valve is carried out by spray, brush or dipping, followed by drying at a temperature of 100... 150oC.

Example 2. Technology of preparation of a solution of paraformaldehyde in monoethanolamine.

A solution of paraformaldehyde in monoethanolamine prepared separately by mixing 1000 g (33,33 mole) of paraformaldehyde in 1022 g (16,67 mole) of monoethanolamine. EXAMPLE 3. Test the adhesive composition on the durability of fastening of rubber with metal

As fluoride rubber compound taken the composition given in table.1.

The bonding strength of the rubber from silicone elastomer with standard metal samples were evaluated according to THE 38.105-823-88 "Parts of rubber for car Gas, KAMAZ and other plants". The norm THAT is not less than 25 kgf/cm2for seals.

Samples of the adhesive compositions shown in table.2, the strength characteristics in the table.3.

As the prototype was used freshly prepared adhesive solution containing 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane and rezol resin RS 1001 (TU 2221-002-05761778-98) in methylethylketone, diluted with water. In its final form, the adhesive solution is the prototype had the following ratio of components, wt.%:

3-Adhesiv prototype is an emulsion, which when standing for 3 h splits. The composition of the proposed solution according to example 1 is close to the composition of sample 3 of table. 2, and the adhesive strength corresponds 39,1 kgf/cm2.

In predlagaemom adhesive composition in comparison with the prototype of less than 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane and significantly more water.

Adhesive composition for attaching a fluoride rubber to metal comprising 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, resin, organic solvent and water, characterized in that the resin it contains the solution of paraformaldehyde in monoethanolamine, and as the organic solvent is ethyl alcohol in the following ratio, wt. %:

3-Aminopropyltriethoxysilane - 3-4

A solution of paraformaldehyde in monoethanolamine - 0,2-0,6

Ethyl alcohol - 5-7

SUBSTANCE: invention provides adhesive composition for attachment of nitrile-based rubber articles to metal during vulcanization process. Composition is obtained via synthesis of resorcinol-formaldehyde resin in aqueous medium in presence of sodium tetraborate as alkali catalyst in concentration 0.15±0.05% by weight. Adhesive composition may be used to manufacture rubber-metal products such as sleeves and sealing glands.

EFFECT: reduced percentage of solids in adhesive composition.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an adhesive composition for attaching rubber to fibre glass-filled polytetrafluoroethylene during curing for use in production of industrial rubber articles for the motorcar industry. The surface of fibre glass-filled polytetrafluoroethylene is treated with a solution of sodium-naphthalene complex in tetrahydrofuran, followed by deposition of a solution of 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane and drying at temperature 70-90C.

EFFECT: high adhesion strength of acrylate and fluoride rubber to the surface of fibre glass-filled polytetrafluoroethylene.

FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an adhesive system, a method of obtaining a product from wood-based material, a product, as well as use of adhesive system. Adhesive system contains following components: (a) a resin component comprising a urea based amino resin having an F/NH2 ratio from 0.3 to 0.65, (b) a hardener component comprising at least one acid, acid generating salt or acidic salt, and (c) an aqueous dispersion of at least one polymer - polyvinyl acetate or polyethylene vinylacetate. Apart from urea, present in amino resin, adhesive system contains additional urea in an amount of less than 0.9 wt% per total weight of adhesive system, or does not contain urea. Method of producing a wood based product, comprising applying adhesive system according onto surface of one or more parts made from wood based material, joining with one or other parts, and then pressing to each other.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain an adhesive system, which does not release or which releases a small amount of formaldehyde, and does not require a long time and high temperature of pressing.

FIELD: rubber industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention, in particular, relates to attaching acrylate rubber to metal during vulcanization and can be used in manufacture of general mechanical rubber goods (e.g. seals) for automobile industry operated under effects of air and working medium at elevated temperatures (gearset). Carcass is successively treated, in the first stage, with adhesive composition containing 2-5% aminopropyltriethoxysilane, 15-25% ethyl alcohol. And deionized water to 100%. In the second stage, treatment is effected with 0.2-0.4% aqueous solution of resorcinol-formaldehyde resin (SF-282) followed by drying at 100-150°C. Consumption of composition in the first and second stages of treatment of carcass achieves 60-80 ml/m2 for each stage.

EFFECT: increased strength of attachment.

FIELD: production of adhesive underlayers (adhesive primers) from compositions on base of organosilanes used for attaching of rubber on base of natural, isoprene, butadiene, butadiene-nitrile, butadiene-styrene, chloroprene and butyl rubber.

SUBSTANCE: proposed composition is single-layer adhesive for hot attaching of rubber on base of fluorine-containing and acrylic rubber to metal in the course of vulcanization. This composition may be used for manufacture of rubber-metal articles in automobile industry, mechanical engineering and other industries. Proposed composition contains 3-aminopropyl-triethyl ethoxy-silane, dimethacrylic ether of triethylene glycol, paraform solution in mono-ethanol amine, ethyl alcohol, glycerin and distilled water.

EFFECT: high strength of attaching rubber mixes to metals at vulcanization; enhanced corrosion resistance, heat resistance and ecological safety; low cost of product.

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: surface of fibre glass-filled polytetrafluoroethylene is treated with a sodium-naphthalene complex in tetrahydrofuran. The surface is washed and dried. 2-4 wt % solution of 3-aminopropyl triethoxy silane in ethanol is deposited and the surface is dried at 70-90C.

EFFECT: method ensures high adhesion strength of acrylate and fluoride rubber to the surface of fibre glass-filled polytetrafluoroethylene.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an adhesive composition for mutual attachment of two objects and a method of attaching an article to a substrate and can be used to attach articles to building walls and similar bases. The adhesive composition is double-packed in form of mounting set. The adhesive composition consists of a mixture of an aerobic adhesive substance and a hydrophilic material. The set has two containers for separate storage of the aerobic adhesive substance and the hydrophilic material. The adhesive aerobic substance is silane MS polymers. The method of attaching an object to a base using the adhesive composition involves mixing the aerobic adhesive substance with the hydrophilic substance, attaching the object by pressing a layer of the adhesive composition to the base and hardening the adhesive composition.

EFFECT: invention provides fast hardening of the adhesive layer and easier attachment of objects to each other.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical industry and production of fire-resistant materials. The composition contains liquid low-molecular weight siloxane rubber, ethyl silicate-40, tetrabutoxytitanium, boric acid and cobalt phthalocyanine.

EFFECT: invention increases fire resistance and wear resistance of coated material, provides a place for connecting components made from said material with resistance to an open flame, high strength and elasticity for a long period of time.
