A detailed description of the preferred options

Conventional electric heaters contain media that is attached to the upper surface of the seat cushion and which, as a rule, comes to the groove for the wire fastening. On the other hand, the heater according to the invention can be manufactured in the form of one single element, regardless of the complexity of the design of the chair relative to the grooves for wire mount, i.e., regardless of the number and shape of these grooves. In other words, the more complex the design of the seat, the greater the difference in their cost of production.

In Fig. 1 clearly shows that in this variant of the invention, the number of formed tape, connected, and coherent patterns-patterns is five. Every body seal 19, 20 has a surface mount 23, which is usually made flat and smooth and which is attached to the mold by means of glue or other similar funds or with adhesive on both sides of the tape. This ensures easy electric connection of the electric heater after the molding of the cushion with the ends of the conductor of electric current or attached to the connecting element. In Fig. 6 shows the body of the seal, which has a cylindrical external shape and the internal space 24, which is open toward the mount surface 23. The space 24 has an oblong shape, but it may have another shape, for example round, and the wire is folded or rolled into a roll within this space, this is from the said space for the subsequent implementation of the necessary electrical connections. The body of the seal 19 can be stamped out of Styrofoam. Its top surface is set a piece of tape or other similar material, which, on the one hand, helps to hold in place the conductor 3, and on the other, to close the inner space 24 in the upper part. It is recommended to provide a surface mount 23 tape containing protective layer, which can be easily removed before bonding to the mold. It is obvious that for this purpose you can also use quick-setting glue. On one end of a conductor of electric current 3 has a connector 21. The function of the slits 27 is assisting in the liberation of the conductor from the load wires. This possibility becomes real and easy to implement in that case, if one or both of the slots 17, 18 are made at appropriate points, to be able to form the desired curvature or different transitions. Obviously, there is a possibility of manufacturing a thin pillow, having a thickness of approximately 5-10 mm in those areas, which will be terminated in a heater. These thin mattresses can then be glued onto the upper surface of conventional mattresses. This is sitely. The most important difference is that the heater according to the invention is molded from a foam having a structure that is identical to the structure of the basic pillows or mattresses. This makes it possible to obtain a more secure adhesive connection and coupling between the upper thinner pillow and lying below the pillow or mattress. Requirements concerning strength will be more stringent in the case of automobile cushions and it is quite natural that the upper thinner pillow will cover all or most of the car seats.

In addition, there is a possibility to install a heater between the individual components of the pillow, which at a later stage will stick together and fuse together. The end result is strongly reminiscent of that achieved in the process of casting.

SUBSTANCE: furniture object includes support for engaging with user having on surface layer of mineral material selected from group containing ceramics and natural stone. Support is provided at least with one electric heating device mounted at least on part of its surface turned to user and placed under layer of mineral material. Said device is in the form of panel electric heater irradiating heat for heating layer of mineral material along its thickness in temperature range 30-50°C in order to generate in said layer elastic acoustic waves in ultrasound and hyper-sound bands. Support is provided with unit for controlling temperature of heating layer of mineral material under which respective panel of electric heater is arranged.

EFFECT: enhanced comfort, intensified process of metabolism of user, keeping healthy state of user and providing prophylaxis of diseases due to heat action upon organism of user.
