The invention relates to compositions of filler for leveling concrete, wood, plaster surfaces, as well as to fill megafolinic seams and joints of window frames. In putty, including chalk, glue, CMC - sodium salt of carboxylmethylcellulose, soap, drying oil and water, added salt and dye in the following ratio, wt.%: chalk - 50-70; CMC glue - 0.5 to 1.5; drying oil - 3,5-5,0; soap - 10-15; salt - 0,5-5,0; dye - 2-4; water - the rest. The technical result of the invention is to improve the vitality and hardiness putty in operation. table 1. The filler mass is prepared as follows. First in ball mills grind the chalk, which is then sieved on a sieve. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dry building mixes for finishing of surfaces of concrete, stone, plaster, gypsum-cardboard, ceramics, metal, and wood. Filling contains, wt %: marshalite 60-65, white or gray Portland cement 30-35, latex in the form of re-dispersible powder 1-5, and additionally methylcellulose mixed esters. Filler further comprises additional ingredients selected from pigments, mineral additives, air-entraining agents, foam suppressors, waterproofing agents, structure-forming fillers: coarse sand, fibers, mineral or synthetic crumb, and setting accelerators (1-5% in total).

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polymeric compositions used for protection against corrosion. Polymeric composition comprises epoxidated rubber or dimethylsiloxane rubber as a polymeric binding agent, polyamide resin or polymethylsilazane as a nitrogen-containing hardening agent, talc or mica as a filling agent, aerosil as a thixotropic additive and electrolytic nickel powder or powder of the alloy system Al-Fe-Cu as a current-conducting additive. The composition can comprise additionally epoxy resin in the amount 10-20 mass. p. Invention provides preparing the composition showing high protective properties in all-climate conditions that allows increasing exploitation period of articles. Invention can be used for filling the internal lap cavity (before welding) formed in the pointed arc welding of metals and alloys.

SUBSTANCE: invention proposes putty comprising epoxy resin, polyethylene polyamine as a hardening agent and a solvent as a mixture of solvents: acetone, ethylcellosolve, butyl acetate, butyl alcohol and toluene taken in the ratio 0.7:0.8:1:1.5:5, respectively, and black carbon as a filling agent, and, additionally, it comprises dibutyl phthalate and copper sulfate. Invention can be used as interlayers in making floors from single materials, and it is directed on enhancement of chemical stability in sulfuric acid solution and for conferring fungicide properties of the end products.

SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a spackling compound comprising carboxymethylcellulose sodium salt, domestic soap, water and mixture of slime after neutralization of polishing mixture in glass manufacture and carbonate slime after chemical water treatment in central heating and power plant as a filling agent taken in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: slime after neutralization of polishing mixture in glass manufacture, 30-40; carbonate slime after chemical water treatment in central heating and power plant, 48; carboxymethylcellulose sodium salt, 0.6-0.75; domestic soap, 0.4-0.6, and water, 19.4-24.25. Invention can be used in leveling concrete, plastered surfaces designated for staining by gluing, silicate and water-dispersion dyes. Invention provides enhancing crack resistance, decreasing drying time and improving adhesion properties.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing epoxy-woody composition. The composition comprises the following content of components, mas. p. p.: epoxy-diane resin ED-20, 100; polyethylenepolyamine as an amine hardening agent, 10; plasticizing agent, 15; rubber crumbs as waste in rubber-technical manufacture, 125, and pone saw-dust as filling agents, 62.5. As a plasticizer agent the invention uses mother epoxy resin representing waste in manufacture of epoxy resins. Invention provides enhancing water-resisting properties and to obtain the composition preventing evolving free phenol from splint-slab plate and possessing high exploitation properties. Invention is used as a water-resistant cover for woody plates and splint-slab plates and for reconstruction of defected member sites of woody constructions.

FIELD: polymer materials in rocket engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns process of producing heat-resistant epoxide compound for reinforced glass-fiber bodies used in fabrication of rigid armoring housings for removable charges of solid-fuel rocket engines. Compound is prepared by mixing 28-32% of epoxide dian resin having molecular mass 390-430, 28-32% of epoxide dian resin having molecular mass 480-540, and 14-18% of trimethylolpropane/epichlorohydrin condensation product, mixing being effected for 15-30 min at 80-100° C and stirrer rotation speed 125-158 rpm. When temperature drops to 60-80° C, mixture is supplemented by 24-27% of epoxycyanurate resin and stirred for further 15-30 min at stirrer rotation speed 125-158 rpm under residual pressure not higher than 20 mm Hg.
EFFECT: improved mechanical, adhesion, elastic, and working characteristics at higher vitrification temperature (135° C).

FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for filling cavities and surface levelling, particularly for concrete products. The filler mixture consists of the following mass percentages: 88.0-90.5% gypsum; 1.0-1.5% acrylamide polymer; 0.2-0.3% polyethylene glycol, 0.2-0.3 industrial lognosulphonate; 8.0-10% dust from cement production furnaces.
EFFECT: increased cohesion strength of the filler with concrete.
