The invention relates to plastificated polymer compositions for the Shoe compound. The composition comprises, by weight.h.: suspension PVC (100), the plasticizer is a phthalate-based n-butyl alcohol or 2-ethylhexanol alcohol and waste phthalic anhydride, taken from the head of the first column distillation of phthalic anhydride by oxidation of o-xylene or naphthalene in the vapor phase, containing from 65 to 98 wt.% phthalic anhydride, 0.1 to 10 wt.% maleic anhydride, 0.9 to 25 wt.% benzoic acid, 0.1 to 1 wt. % Tarakanova anhydride, and the rest of unidentified products (50-120), epoxy resin (1,5-5), metal-containing stabilizer (1,5-10), grease (0,1-3), diphenylolpropane (0.1 to 0.5). The composition provides improved hardness, improved frost resistance and processability Shoe compound. table 4.

However, none of the above sources, there are no recommendations about the use of the described compositions as applied to the manufacture of parts of footwear.

Preferred plasticizers in accordance with the prototype are phthalate plasticizers, especially di-(2-ethylhexyl)-phthalate, suitable stabilizers tin and barium-cadmium-zinc complex; as a lubricant offers stearic acid, zinc stearate, calcium stearate and low molecular weight polyethylene; the most suitable epoxy oils are epoxydecane soybean oil and tallate.

Other target additives, flame retardants, colorants, etc., - you can also enter in the composition.

The composition of the prototype can be processed by standard methods, extrusion, injection molding and calendering.

The disadvantages of the composition of the prototype should include not sufficiently high hardness, resistance (which can be estimated indirectly: assessment of flexibility at low temperature was carried out at 20oF, i.e., minus 6.6oC), high temperature processing.

The objective of the invention is to develop a plasticized polyvinyl chloride composition for Shoe compound with high hardness, superior resistance to simplify technology percenage using waste.

The problem is solved in that the polymer composition for footwear compound, including suspension PVC, talaty plasticizer, metal-containing stabilizer, epoxydecane connection and grease, as platogo plasticizer contains a phthalate-based n-butyl alcohol or 2-ethylhexanol alcohol and waste phthalic anhydride, taken from the head of the first column distillation of phthalic anhydride by oxidation of o-xylene or naphthalene in the vapor phase and containing from 65 to 98 wt.% phthalic anhydride, 0.1 to 10 wt.% maleic anhydride, 0.9 to 25 wt.% benzoic acid, 0.1 to 1 wt.% Tarakanova anhydride, unidentified resinous products - the rest, as epoxidizing compound - epoxy resin, and optionally, diphenylolpropane in the following ratio of the components of the composition, wt.h.:

Suspension PVC - 100

The above-mentioned plasticizer is 50 - 120

Epoxy - 1,5 - 5

The metal-containing stabilizer is 1.5 - 10

Grease - 0,1 - 3

The diphenylolpropane - 0,1 - 0,5

Used talaty plasticizer based on waste phthalic anhydride can be obtained in accordance with the patent company Excellentiam o-xylene or naphthalene, driven away from the head part of the first column distillation, to obtain the ester plasticizer interaction of these remote sites with alcohol (mono-, di-, tizamidine and unsubstituted, normal and ISO-structure and current alcohols and their mixtures with commercial alcohol - (C1-C30), including n-butyl and 2-ethylhexyloxy) in the presence of a catalyst under heat and pressure, providing boiling of the reaction mixture, followed by purification of the ether - raw and selection of the target product.

We used ester plasticizers based on n-butyl alcohol or 2-ethylhexanol alcohol (including working alcohols or mixtures trademark of alcohol with the corresponding working with alcohol).

As the epoxy resin in accordance with the invention can be applied resin-based epoxidizing of novolak ED-16, ED-20.

As the metal-containing stabilizer composition may sodera components, consisting of mixtures of cadmium stearate, barium stearate, zinc stearate.

As grease can be used above the stearates or stearic acid, preferably the latter.

In addition to these components, the composition may optionally contain other additives target - fillers, dyes, flame retardants, antistatic agents, etc.

The invention is illustrated by the following examples.

Example 1.

In a mixer with stirrer, heated to 7010oTo download ester plasticizer (70 wt.h.), the cadmium stearate 1 wt.h., the barium stearate 1 wt.h., the diphenylolpropane 0.1 wt. 'clock, epoxy resin grade ED-16 1,5 wt.h. After downloading all the components of the reaction mass is heated to a temperature 8515oC and maintained at this temperature for 50 minutes. Examples 2-8 carried out analogously to example 1 (examples 7,8 - control: reproduced by us for comparison with the use of plasticizers derived from commodity phthalic anhydride; component composition of compounds adopted similar best examples (2 and 5).

The waste composition of phthalic anhydride, used for the production of plasticizers phthalates, and properties of polymer compositions with appropriate plasticizers shown in table. 1, 2, 3.

Comparative properties Shoe compound in accordance with the invention with a Shoe plastic prototype shown in the table. 4.

As can be seen from the table. 4, we obtained the compounds tested in comparable with the prototype conditions, superior to the compounds according to the prototype:

- hardness: more than 20%;

- frost: the low-temperature curve of the same order as that of the compound for the development of the WOOL company Ltd (Canada), obtained in UP>C;

- adaptability: temperature extrusion significantly below;

it is used as a component of plastic waste.

Thus obtained compounds correspond to the national standards indicators Shoe compound (see table. 3) and for some properties (hardness, elongation) are on the same level with compounds containing plasticizers based on the product of phthalic anhydride, only slightly less than last bursting strength.
