The disadvantage of the prototype design is the complexity of the complex and the method of its formation, a significant intensity due to the presence of massive solid Foundation, as well as lack of reliability due to risk of possible displacement of the upper structure at the base due to the lack of a fixed contact side surfaces of the upper structure and base.

The technical result of the claimed group of inventions is to simplify the design of complex and method of its formation, the reduction of metal consumption while increasing reliability.

For mounting the upper structure 3 the latter is transported, for example, by a tug boat 10 to the installation place of the base 2 and ustanavlivaemymi with inclined contact surfaces of the outer flanges 8 of the housing 4 with the corresponding inclined surfaces of the inner flanges 7 of the base 2. This allows to simplify the production process and ensures a reliable contact of the platform 3 with the base 2.

The claimed group of inventions allows for a sufficient simplicity of the design significantly reduce the metal complex and to increase its reliability due to the configuration of the connection node of the upper structure to the base, and also to reduce the complexity of the method of formation of the complex.
