(57) Abstract:

The invention relates to piping systems. The technical result is to prevent separation of the pipes and increase the reliability of sewer pipelines. The site contains the socket, the shank and the seal. The socket is made of the nest. The shank has projections which are made of the nest. The invention relates to piping systems for water supply and sanitation.

One of the major problems of wastewater is in violation of a butt-joint reinforced concrete sewer pipe that occur during operation due to movement of the soil mass and the occurrence of tensile load along the length of the pipe.

The prototype of the proposed technical solution is the connecting node of concrete sewer pipes, consisting of a socket on one tube and shank to another UE the ode in the pipe connections. The basis of the invention is the task of preventing separation of the pipe, which improves the reliability of sewer pipelines.

The invention consists in that the connecting node of reinforced concrete sewer pipe contains the socket, the shank and the gasket in the socket is made of the socket, the shank has projections that have nests, and the nests of the bell and of the projections of the shank are arranged in pairs symmetrically and diametrically opposite each other, they made editions of rebars and nest ledges shank aligned with the slots of the socket, which releases the armature cores are interconnected.

The result is reliable with the pipeline. The pipe more tightly connected with the female part, which, in turn, provides a more tight connection of concrete pipes. This prevents the expiration of waste fluid from the pipeline, as well as the penetration of plant roots into the cavity of the pipeline.

Connecting node consists of a socket 1 of one pipe with slots 2, in which reinforcement bars 3. The shank 4 of the other tube is made with the tabs 5 in their nests released the valve 6. Between the joined pipes installed seal 7.

Connecting node works as follows. In the pipe bell 1 insert the shank 4 of the joining pipe, with reinforcement bars 3 and 6 are combined. The working valve is located in the body of the concrete cross-section of the pipe. While the diameters of the socket and shank of joined pipes are not equal. This is due to the need to create tabs with the slots in the shank and sockets on the socket, where is the connection reinforcing bars between them.

Editions of rebars made symmetrically and diametrically opposed. The number of reinforcement bars depends on the pipe diameter, design loads and is not less than one pair.

The slide ring for corrugated pipes is made from flexible material, has in its cross section, a V-shape, which converges to the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the ring. The periphery end part is formed from connection of arcs of circle quadrants, which run from the lateral surface of the sealing surface to the outer sealing perimeter, and a semicircle arc of smaller diameter, coupled with an arc of inverse curvature and smaller radius with a parallel longitudinal axis of symmetry of the ring through the rear part of the V-shaped body. The section of outer surface of the pipe adjacent to the face, inner diameter of the coupling member, and the length of ring space allow receiving the aligning unit to provide abutting the faces of coupling members for welding. The aligning unit is made of a bushing which receives the sealing rings for sealing the faces and outer surfaces of the pipe in the ring space.
