Antiseptic preparation is recommended for the protection of cellulose-containing materials, in particular wood from rotting fungi, blue stain and mould. Antiseptic aqueous solution comprises polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride, derived as-1,3-Dimethylol-5,5-dimethylhydantoin and non-ionic surfactant OP 7, OP 10 and OP-4. The combination of components in a certain ratio provides a high fungicidal activity against many types of Mikailov, preservation of the quality of treated wood and protect it from biodegradation during long-term storage. 3 C. p. Pgmg hydrochloride is a broad-spectrum antiseptic, also used in medicine and food industry. Other objectives are to reduce toxicity and improve the technological process of processing of wood through the use of affordable, commercially available organic substances.

The problem is solved in that the antiseptic treatment of cellulose containing materials, including pgmg hydrochloride and water, according to the invention, further comprises 1,3-Dimethylol-5,5-dimethylhydantoin and nonionic surface-active agent (surfactant) in the following ratio of components:

Polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride (bir-1) - 0,075-5

1,3-Dimethylol-5,5-dimethylhydantoin (Biocide GIDAL) - 0,025-5

Nonionic surfactant which is producthere (pgmg hydrochloride) applies for the purposes of disinfection and produced by the domestic industry under various trade names ("METACID", "POLISEPT", "GAMBAR" and others ). To improve the fungicidal activity to aqueous solution pgmg hydrochloride were added other biocidal substances. To eliminate this phenomenon and increase the integrity of the processed materials to the solution was added surface-active agent (surfactant). From a large number of the tested surfactants were selected nonionic surfactants, representing the interaction products of alkyl phenols with ethylene oxide, namely excipients OP 7, OP-10 and emulsifier OP-4.

Excipients OP-7 and OP-10 are nonionic surfactants, issued by the industry according to GOST 8433-81 and are products of the interaction of a mixture of mono - and dialkylphenols with ethylene oxide.

When conducting research, it was found that the addition of surfactant in the solution containing bir-1 and Biocide GIDAL, increases the depth of penetration of the solution into the wood and leads to improving the security of the sample surface for a long time. Surfactant is added to the composition of the antiseptic solution in an amount of 0.1-4 wt. % depending on the type of wood and its storage conditions. The addition of surfactants in quantities of less than 0.1 wt. % does not affect the quality of treatment, and more than 4 wt. % impractical because, without affecting the quality of treatment, impair the technological properties antiseptic solution.

Thus, the combined effect of all the above ingredients antiseptic solution allows to solve the problem: to increase the fungicidal activity, reduce the concentration of the main active substances, to ensure the safety of the treated wood and protect it from biodegradation during storage.

Antiseptic solution for protecting cellulose materials prepared by dissolving each of whom is quality. The resulting solution was thoroughly stirred and filtered. After maturation for three hours the solution is ready to use.

Below are examples of specific applications of the proposed solutions.

The fungicidal activity of the solutions was determined by a standard method.

A certain amount of antiseptic solution in water impregnated disks of filter paper, which are then placed on the surface of seeded agar medium of Ĩapek-doksa in Petri dishes (GOST 9.049-91).

The fungicidal activity of the solution was determined by the radius of the zone of inhibition of growth of fungi.

We used the following tests culture of mushrooms.

Aspergillus niger - destructor plastics, cellulosic materials, leather, Kirsi;

Penicillium chrysogenum is the destructor of cellulosic materials, rubber, paintwork;

Alternaria alternata is the destructor of the paint film, polyethylene, fuels, cellulosic materials;

Fisarium moniliforme - destructor packaging materials, cellulose, polystyrene, PVC skin, polycarbonates, fiberglass;

Chaetomoium globosum - destructor wood, paper, cardboard, clothing.

The quality of the antiseptic solution was determined in terms of safety(derevookrashivayuschie and mold fungi) and dried to their original moisture content. Used svezheraspilennaya samples of wood (birch, oak, aspen), as well as paper and cardboard, manufactured according to GOST 17052-86, size 60 x 30 x 20 mm

Example 1. In a volumetric flask is filled with 30 ml of water, while stirring dissolved in 1.5 g bir-1, the solution is stirred. To the flask add an aqueous solution containing 0.5 g of GIDAL. To a glass beaker, pour 20 g of water and dissolved therein 0.1 g surfactant OP-7. The contents of the glass is poured into a measuring flask, the mixture was mixed thoroughly, add water to 100 ml, stirred, and filtered. After maturation for three hours antiseptic solution is ready to use. The obtained concentrated solution has the following composition, wt. %:

The results showed that both concentrated and diluted 20 times the solution has an inhibitory effect on all the studied micomicete, while the radius of the zone of inhibition of fungal growth is in the range of 2-3 mm, depending on the species of fungi and dilution. The solution is diluted 20 times, has the following composition, wt. %:

1,3-Dimethylol-5,5-dimethylhydantoin - 0,025

Example 2. Take 2.5 g bir-1, 2.5 g of GIDAL and 2 g of surfactant OP-10. Preparation of the antiseptic solution is made as in example 1. The obtained concentrated solution has the following composition, wt. %:

1,3-Dimethylol-5,5-dimethylhydantoin - 2,5

OP-10 - 2

Water Up to 100

The results showed that both concentrated and diluted 20 times the solution has an inhibitory effect on all the studied micomicete, while the radius of the zone of inhibition of fungal growth is in the range of 3-5 mm, depending on the type of mushroom and the degree of dilution. The solution is diluted 20 times, has the following composition, wt. %:

The integrity of the sample surface from oak 40 days was 96%.

Example 3. Take 5 g bir-1, 5 g of GIDAL and 4 g of surfactant OP-4. Preparation of the antiseptic solution is made as in example 1. The obtained concentrated solution has the following composition, wt. %:

The results showed that both concentrated and wounds inhibition of fungi is in the range of 4-6 mm, depending on the type of mushroom and the degree of dilution. The solution is diluted 20 times, has the following composition, wt. %:

The integrity of the sample surface from aspen was 98%.

Recipes offer antiseptic solution for the protection of cellulose containing materials are shown in table 1.

Table 2 shows data on the fungicidal activity of the proposed antiseptic solutions.

The results of the study showed that both concentrated and diluted 20 times the solution has an inhibitory effect on all the studied micomicete, while the radius of the zone of inhibition of fungal growth is in the range of 3-5 mm, depending on the type of mushroom and the degree of dilution. The solution is diluted 20 times, has the following composition, wt. %:

As can be seen from table 2, the proposed antiseptic solutions have a higher fungicidal activity than the solution of the prototype and GIDAL.

Table 3 shows data on the safety of the surface of the samples treated with the proposed solutions, in percent, over different times.

As can be seen from table 3, the preservation of the surface of samples processed by the proposed solutions is higher than that of samples treated with known solutions. After treatment of infected spore suspension samples in the proposed antiseptic solution, the preservation of the surface remains constant for 40 days and is 92-98%. After processing these samples of known solutions of the surface quality deteriorates during storage.

The proposed solutions can be used as a tool for the protection and preservation of wood and wood-based materials in the sawmill, woodworking industry, as a fungicide for industrial, building materials of wood and concrete in the construction and repair of houses, paint organo - and water-soluble compositions, as well as in leather promyshlennosti.zelenaya hydrochloride and water, characterized in that it further comprises 1,3-Dimethylol-5,5-dimethylhydantoin and nonionic surfactant which is the product of the interaction of alkylphenol with ethylene oxide, in the following ratios, wt. %:
