The invention is intended for air purification from dust. Filter-cyclone (two-stage) includes a cyclone, a filter containing granular filter material, pyreverse device, the nozzles supplying dust and exhaust purified air, the cyclone made with reverse cone and is located above the filter, and the filter includes a filter element mounted with a gap inside the filter housing and is made in the form of two coaxial spaced louvered grilles, inside which is placed a granular filter material, with shutters louvered grille is made in the form attached to its inside wall of the plate and directed toward PelvicToner device at the angle of repose, and pyreverse the device is made in the form of a cone, provided with a weighing feeder and installed under the filter. The device improves the efficiency of dust collection while ensuring the regeneration of the filter layer by using as a granular filter media of large and medium fractions of dust captured by the cyclone. 2 Il.

The invention relates to a device for a close to the declared object by the greatest number of significant features and achieved technical result of the known device for air purification from dust, including a cyclone, a filter containing granular filter material, pyreverse device, the input dusty and conclusion of purified air [A. The drawbacks are multiple sections of the filter, the high hydraulic resistance of the filter material, the need to turn off sections of the filter to regenerate the filter material, low bulk density of the filter layer.

The technical problem of the invention is improving the efficiency of dust collection while ensuring the regeneration of the filter layer by using as a granular filter media of large and medium fractions of dust captured by the cyclone.

The solution of the technical problem is that in filter two-stage cyclone comprising a cyclone, a filter containing granular filter material, pyreverse device, the nozzles supplying dust and exhaust purified air, according to the invention, the cyclone made with reverse cone and located above filtrado coaxially located louvered grilles, inside are placed granular filter material, with shutters louvered grille is made in the form attached to its inside wall of the plate and directed toward PelvicToner device at the angle of repose, and pyreverse the device is made in the form of a cone, provided with a weighing feeder and installed under the filter.

This design allows the device to be used as a granular filter media of large and medium fractions of dust captured by the cyclone, which increases the bulk density of the filter material due to the increase of the volume of pores and voids between particles of dust, which is a technical effect of the claimed invention.

The proposed device consists of a cyclone 1, filter 2 and PelvicToner device 3 installed one above the other in alignment vertically and mounted stationary with 4 nozzles supplying dusty and output 5 of purified air.

The cyclone 1 is made with a reverse cone, provided with a connection input 4 dusty air and is connected to the filter 2 sleeve 6. The filter consists of a vertical cylindrical body 7, provided with a nozzle 5 conclusion purified air. Inside correlating gratings 10 and 11, inside are placed granular filter material 12. Shutters louvered grille is made in the form attached to the internal walls of the plates 13 and directed toward PelvicToner device 3 at the angle of repose. This pyreverse device 3 is made in the form of a cone 14, provided with a weighing feeder 15 and installed under the filter.

The process of cleaning the air from dust by steps. The stream with the fine fractions of the dust passes through the granular filter layer 11, which then is discharged through pipe 5, and granular filter material with entrapped fine dust under the forces of gravity goes down and accumulates in the cone 14 PelvicToner device 3, whence it is removed as necessary when triggered, the weight of the dispenser 15.

Thus, the self-regeneration of the filter granular material by a constant supply of fresh granular load - dust captured by the cyclone.

The proposed device provides high efficiency of trapping solid particles both large and small fractions (efficiency is 97-99%). And self-regeneration of the filtering layer ensures continuity of operation of the device without having to install additional sections for regeneration, which simplifies the design as a whole and improves the conditions of operation.

Spent granular material has a secondary use in the production of building materials.
