The invention relates to the field of medicine, surgery and applies anti-inflammatory drugs. The invention lies in the fact that the tool consists of a 80% aqueous solution of Dimexidum, 10% hypertonic NaCl solution and 70% alcohol. The invention provides the improvement of the effectiveness of the solution and eliminate side effects.

The invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery and traumatology, and can be used for local treatment of surgical wounds, infections, traumatic injuries, bruises, sprains, bruises, etc.

Known 80% solution of Dimexidum for external use with sulemaniyah, bactericidal, anti-inflammatory and analgesic action (Reference Vidal. Drugs in Russia: a Handbook. M:Attraversare, 1996 - S. 219).

Disadvantages: skin itchy dermatitis, desquamation of the epidermis, lack of effectiveness, as the solution of Dimexidum, diluted with water, loses its therapeutic efficacy.

This tool provides increased anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and analgesic actions of Dimexidum due to the combination of components and lack of side effects typical for the application of one of Dimexidum.

To prepare 400 ml of a solution take 100-110 ml of 80% solution of Dimexidum add 200-220 ml of 10% hypertonic NaCl solution and 70-100 ml of 70% ethanol. The shelf life is unlimited.

The solution is applied on the affected areas of the skin in the form of cotton-gauze bandage 1-2 times a day and leave up to obtain a clinical effect, usually within one day.

Examples of specific performance.

Example 1.

To prepare 400 ml of anti-inflammatory drugs took 100 ml of 80% solution of Dimexidum, added 200 ml of 10% hypertonic NaCl solution and 100 ml of 70% ethyl alcohol.

The solution was mixed.

Example 2.

To prepare 400 ml of anti-inflammatory drugs took 110 ml of 80% solution of Dimexidum, added 220 ml of 10% hypertonic NaCl solution and 70 ml of 70% ethyl alcohol.
