The invention relates to the field of production of compressors. The inventive rotor centrifugal blower inlet includes a shaft, impeller with the core and covering disks located between the rotor blades, the thrust of the conical disks, locking wheel on the shaft, and diffusers dust, mounted on either side on the main drive in front of the rotor blades and is made in the form of truncated cones, the smaller base of which is directed toward the top disk, and an annular groove on the surface of a cone with a conical and a cylindrical lateral surface with a variable angle between them and a width increasing toward the lower bases of the cones. Thus the angles forming the thrust cone disks smaller angles of inclination of the surfaces of the cones relative to the axis of the shaft and cones joined together in large grounds and installed with smaller bases on large grounds resistant conical disks. 3 C.p. f-crystals, 5 Il.

The invention relates to the field of production of compressors and, in particular, to the design of the rotors of centrifugal blowers two-way suction, slaves particular, the blades.

The disadvantage of this design is the lack of protection against wear of rotor blades, because the selected angles of the cones are protected from wear only the fastening elements of the rotor.

Known rotor of a centrifugal compressor operating in a dusty environment, the impeller of which has a diffuser in the form of a cone, centered in the top side of the s on the shaft with the thrust cone drive (Author's certificate N 1308780 F 04 29/28, published in Bulletin N 17, 1987) is a prototype.

The disadvantage of such a rotor is that the same form of grooves on the scattering cone is not possible to provide maximum contact of the dust particles with the surface, which reduces the efficiency of protection of the working wheel from wear and tear.

Task to be solved by the claimed invention is directed, is the creation of a design, allowing to reduce dust wear of the impeller of the centrifugal blower and thereby increase the service life of the rotor of the centrifugal blower.

Another objective is to ensure possible replacement of worn lenses dust without disassembly of the impeller from the shaft.

This set of features provides a uniform dispersion of dust over the entire width of the working blades, thereby reducing wear of impellers. In addition, the set of features provides ease of manufacture, installation and replacement diffusers dust.

Rotor centrifugal blower inlet consists of a shaft 1 and the impeller 2, which contains the primary disk 3, covering disks 4 and 5 and the rotor blades 6. The impeller 2 is fixed on the shaft with the thrust tapered discs 7 and 8. On basic disks on both sides before the rotor blades 6 are installed truncated cones 9 and 10, provided with mounting flanges 11 and 12 and fastened by bolts 13.
