(57) Abstract:

The turbine is designed to convert the energy of the water flow and can be used to produce electrical energy. The turbine has a horizontal shaft and two rectangular blades are able to rotate around their axes parallel to the shaft axis, with angular velocity two times smaller angular velocity of rotation of the shaft and in the direction opposite to the rotation of the shaft. Each blade is provided on the two sides of the same flaps capable of partially rotate around axes parallel to the axis of the blade, under the influence of kinematically associated with the flaps through the eccentric rods, mounted on the drive rod coaxially with the blade, with eccentricity, directed along the drove. Moreover, the width of the flap is preferably equal to 1/5 of the total width of the blade. The design of the turbine allows to increase capacity and efficiency. 1 C.p. f-crystals, 3 ill.

The invention relates to the field of clean and cheap energy, particularly to turbines for run-of-river hydropower plant.

Known turbine for run-of-river hydropower plant (N. M. Shchapov "Turbine equipment of hydropower plants", ed. 3rd, 1961, page 283).

Such hydrotube svestka turbine for run-of-river hydro, consisting of a horizontal shaft on two supports and two rectangular blades that can rotate around their axes parallel to the shaft, with angular velocity two times smaller angular velocity of rotation of the shaft, and aimed in the direction opposite to the shaft. (RF patent 2131994 from 20.06.99 year). Such a turbine, having a certain quality is not a high efficiency.

The purpose of this invention is to increase the efficiency of the turbine to run-of-river hydropower plant.

This objective is achieved in that each blade of the turbine has on each side two identical flaps capable of partially rotate around axes parallel to the axis of the blade, under the influence of kinematically linked with them through the eccentric rods, mounted on the drive rod coaxially with the blade, with eccentricity, directed along the drove, and with both ends of the blades and flaps perpendicular to the axis of the blades of the fixed plate, and the total width of the blade together with the flaps more than twice the distance from the edge of the shaft to the axis of rotation of the blades.

Hydrotube is Wasi 4 (Fig. 1-3). The blades are reinforced side members 5. The shaft 1 is positioned horizontally on supports 6. On the sides of each blade has two identical flaps 7, capable of simultaneously together, partially rotate about the axis 8 parallel to the axis of the blade, and the other side of the plane of the blade. The turbine operates as follows. In the presence of water flow, as indicated by the arrows (Fig. 3), the turbine is under the influence of water flow on the blade will rotate. In the beginning abogada through the axis of the shaft (Fig. 1-3), the blade (due to the flaps, plates, eccentric and connecting rods) take a bowl shape formed by the plates 9 and 10, rejected in one direction against the flow flaps (Fig. 2 and 3). Upon further rotation of the turbine, the depth of the Cup - blades is reduced and the rotation of the turbine 180othe plane of the flaps are aligned with the plane of the blade 3, taking debouncedelay form. Each revolution of the turbine blades rotate to the other side, so the flaps are always rejected against the current.

Thus, taking a bowl shape, the blade takes on itself and passes on the shaft not only by the direct impact of the water flow, but also the additional pressure that it creates inside the Cup on its side. Thus the turbine is captured most of the energy of the water flow, which increases its effectiveness and efficiency. When using three such blades the capacity and efficiency of such turbines is significantly increased.

The main feature of the present invention is that the blades have flaps, kinematically connected through the connecting rods with the eccentrics fixed on Fadilah and tortuguita capacity and efficiency of the turbine.
