(57) Abstract:

The invention relates to motor vehicles, namely trains consisting of truck tractor and semitrailer. The rig includes a truck tractor (1), trailer (2) and a device for controlling the mutual position of the latter, made in the form of a flexible element (3), one end fixed on the carrier and placed under the frame of the trailer along its axis, and its other end is omitted sequentially through the base (6) and tension (7) rollers and attached to the chassis of the semitrailer. Bearing roller is installed mainly on the front end of the frame of the semitrailer, and the tension roller on the rod of the power cylinder, placed on the frame of the trailer. The tensioner pulley is spring-loaded. End of the flexible element is mounted on the tractor between the front axle and pivot fifth wheel of the tractor unit. The invention relates to motor vehicles, namely trains consisting of truck tractor and semitrailer.

Known combination of tractor and semi-trailer containing the power cylinder mounted on the frame of the tractor turning in the longitudinal, vertical plane and available the pores to interact with the arc horizontal rail installed on the bottom surface of the frame of the semitrailer [1, A. C. N 998206].

The lack of trains is low efficiency on the turns, because at a certain angle of rotation of the tractor relative to the trailer equipped with roller vertical emphasis on the rod of the power cylinder extends beyond the arc horizontal rail and the device loses efficiency. In addition, when the movement of trains along the slope (downhill, on the rise) there is an additional overturning moment acting on the body of the trailer.

A device for preventing folding of a combination of truck tractor and semi-trailer containing the elements of the last commit, installed under the frame of the trailer along its longitudinal axis and including thrust (flexible element), one end of which is connected with the tractor and a second end via a flexible link connected to the rear part of the frame of the trailer. In addition, on the frame of the trailer attached locking mechanism to lock the thrust (flexible element) during braking of the tractor. The actuator of the locking mechanism fixing thrust (flexible element) is made from the brake system of the semitrailer [2, A. C. N 1654100].

The disadvantage of this device is the fact that h does not provide the possibility of remedying the situation, when folding the tractor and semitrailer has already happened.

The claimed invention solves the problem of improving the performance characteristics of the combination by adjusting the relative position of its parts - truck tractor and semitrailer for operational changes (increase) hitch weight of the trailer, for example, at slip, climb, descent, and for the prevention and elimination of already happened folding tractor and semitrailer.

The inventive combination includes a truck tractor, semitrailer, and a device for controlling the mutual position of the latter, made in the form of a flexible element positioned below the frame of the trailer along its longitudinal axis, one end of which is fixed on the carrier preferably between the front axle and pivot fifth wheel hitch and the other end of the flexible element is missing through suspension and tension pulleys and attached to the chassis of the semitrailer. Bearing roller is installed mainly on the front end of the frame of the semitrailer, and the tension pulley is mounted on the piston rod of the power cylinder, in turn, is attached to the chassis of the semitrailer, and the tensioner pulley is spring-loaded.

The inventive combination of the prototype of otlicials the part of the tractor unit, is passed through a roller bearing, is fixed mainly on the front end of the frame of the semitrailer, and a tension roller mounted on the piston rod of the power cylinder, placed on the frame of the trailer. Moreover, the tension pulley is spring-loaded.

The authors and the applicant is not known trains containing named elements in the relationship and with such performance characteristics as the claimed combination.

The invention is explained with graphic materials and a description of the operation of the trains.

The figure 1 shows a layout diagram of a combination; figure 2 shows the rig top view of the folding trailer; figure 3 - connection diagram of the power cylinder to the air supply.

The rig includes a truck tractor 1, trailer 2, and a device for controlling relative position of the latter in the form of a flexible element 3 (cable), placed under the frame of the semitrailer 2 along its longitudinal axis. One end of the flexible element is mounted on the frame of the tractor 1 (point a) mainly between the front axle 4 of the tractor and the hinge saddle device 5. The other end of the flexible element 3 is passed through the bearing roller 6 and the idler roller 7 and is fixed on the bottom (near the EEA 2, and the tension pulley 7 on the piston rod of the power cylinder 8, is placed on the frame of the trailer 2. The tension roller 7 is spring-loaded by a spring 9 to prevent sagging of the flexible element 3 when disconnected the power cylinder 8.

The actuator of the power cylinder 8 can be performed from a pneumatic truck tractor 1 through pneumatic valve interconnected with the handle 11.

The combination works as follows. For example, when slipping the driver control arm 11 engages the pneumatic valve 10, through which the cavity of the power cylinder 8 of the pneumatic system of the towing vehicle 1 arrives (with adjustable pressure) compressed air, so that the piston rod of the power cylinder 8 extends. While the tension pulley 7 fixed to the piston rod of the power cylinder 8 communicates with the flexible element 3, causing the tension (force P of Fig. 1). When this occurs, the redistribution of axial loads in the trailer in such a way that increases the load on the leading axle of the tractor 1, decreases the load on the axle semi-trailer 2 and the slipping stops.

To disable device control handle 11 is returned by the driver in the initial position, the discharge channel of the power cylinder 8 is connected with the atmosphere, while in the power cylinder 8 is also set to atmospheric pressure. The sagging of the flexible element 3 in this position is fixed by a spring 9, which acts as a tensioner.

At movement on a support surface with a low coefficient of adhesion or climbing in icy conditions can occur unauthorized lowering of the tractor 1 and trailer 2 (Fig. 2).

To fix the knifing as in the case of elimination of slippage include the operation of the power cylinder 8, which is the tension of the flexible element 3 with the effect on the bearing roller 6, with the only difference that the effect of the flexible element 3 bearing roller 6 must be sufficient to move the supporting roller 6 is simultaneously in both vertical (from point B, approaching the point A) and horizontal (from point B1approaching point A) planes. The tension of the flexible element 3 can be adjusted by changing the pressure in the cavity of the power cylinder 8, with pneumatic the Lu elements and their structural performance and the relationship of the device for adjusting the mutual position of the tractor and semitrailer, but providing a combination of high reliability - improving runnability and productivity by eliminating the slippage and knifing, improving safety in the operation of such trucks on the road, practically excluded accidents (no tipping, drifts semi-trailers and so on).

SUBSTANCE: proposed trailer-train consists of prime mover with fifth wheel coupler engaging with semitrailer by pivot rigidly secured on support plate of step of semitrailer frame, and pneumatic brake system including compressor, connecting pipelines, brake cock, air cylinders, air distributing valves and wheel brake chambers. Pivot is made hollow accommodating shutoff valve. At least pair of spare wheels is installed for rotation on pins rigidly secured on semitrailer frame, being movable arranged for transmission of traction force from prime mover to semitrailer between guides. Said guides are rigidly secured on frame of prime mover in its cross plane and they have wavy profile in horizontal plane.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of trailer-train owing to increased load capacity at existing overall dimensions of prime mover and semitrailer.

SUBSTANCE: proposed trailer-train consists of semi-trailer with support gear and support sheet of frame step in contact with turntable of fifth wheel coupling of prime-mover equipped with grips engaging with pivot of semi-trailer. Turntable of fifth wheel coupling of prime-mover is provided with vertical hole accommodating movably fitted-in pin spring-loaded relative to turntable, one end of pin has flat to engage with support sheet of semi-trailer frame step, and the other has conical section to engage with grips spring-loaded relative to each other by extension spring. Spring-loaded lock is installed for movement in horizontal plane of turntable, engaging at one side with circular recess of said pin, and at other side, carrying curvilinear rod whose radius of curvature is identical to radius of generatrix of end face surface of turntable and which is mated with spring-loaded stop installed for movement in slot made in support sheet of semi-trailer frame step. Said spring-loaded stop engages with one arm of spring-loaded bell-crank hinge-mounted on frame of semi-trailer, other arm of bell crank being coupled by means of flexible tie with frame of semi-trailer engaging with bracket rigidly secured on one of posts of support gear of semi-trailer.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in trailers. Proposed heavy trailer-train consists of prime mover with fifth wheel coupler engaging with semitrailer provided with bogie movable in longitudinal plane with safety bar rigidly secured on frame. Bogie engages with frame of semitrailer through rods and compression springs. Housing of hydraulic cylinder is installed on frame of semitrailer in space between rods and parallel to said rods. Piston of hydraulic cylinder consists of two halves spring-loaded relative to each other and is rigidly coupled by rod with frame of bogie. Radial through channels are made in housing of hydraulic cylinder in longitudinal plane in overpiston space. Said channels have different diameter in length of hydraulic cylinder and are coupled by common pipeline with channel made in housing in hydraulic cylinder in its underpiston space. Said channel is closed by one of halves of said piston at all running, braking and stand-still modes of trailer-train with possibility of opening at impact load on safety bar of bogie.

EFFECT: provision of damping of impact loads at collision of passenger car and trailer-train.
