Known sealing composition based on a mixture of rubber with synthetic and natural resins, including, wt.%: butyl rubber 9-12, polybutene 26-30, receptorbinding resin 6-8, rosin 2-3, ethylenepropylene rubber 9 -12, and fillers chalk and talc (Cm. RF patent N 2115683, CL MKI C 09 K 3/10, 1998). The composition cannot be used for sealing joints plastic - plastic (including plasticized unplasticized material). The objective of the invention is to develop a sealing composition for sealing threaded and other structural joints of pipes, various fittings (valves, fittings, gate valves, shut-off and regulating elementia and other highways, operating at temperatures from 0 to 150oC and at pressures up to 16 ATM. The technical result consists in providing a reliable seal during long periods of operation, and adaptability in the manufacture and use of the composition.

The composition must meet the sanitary standards of the residential premises, to prevent emissions into the environment and protection of pipelines.

This object is achieved in that the sealing composition that includes an elastomer with high viscosity and filler, they are taken in the following ratio, wt.h.: elastomer 100; filler 10-50.

As the elastomer with a high viscosity composition contains colloquoy. As filler it contains polyethylene or polypropylene in the form of powder or chips.

As the elastomer with high stickiness it can contain butadiene colloquoy.

In addition, to increase the elasticity can be added in the composition of 10-30 wt.h. ethyl alcohol.

The sealing composition may be reinforced by the introduction of yarns: polyester, viscose, cotton or fibers from their combinations.

You can use cyclocarya in the form of rock elastic or powder mixed with a filler (powder of polyethylene or polypropylene).
