(57) Abstract:

The invention relates to crossing-bridge means, and more specifically to the tugs. Motor link includes a housing with a built-in deck roadway, connecting the nodes on the sides and mines on the bottom of the engine and placed mines in jet propulsion, including axial pump with annular intake and swivel 360oa nozzle. Each shaft is provided on the perimeter of the annular protective grille attached to the bottom of the case. Each rotary nozzle still attached and parallel to its longitudinal axis bracket, the free end of which is fitted with a removable cutting element adjacent the top plane to the bottom surface of the protective grille. Removable cutting element is designed in the form of a plate with longitudinal cutting edges. The invention extends the functionality of the known motor units, and it allows to reliably operate in shallow water motor link as a separate tool, as well as ferries and floating bridges. 1 C.p. f-crystals, 6 ill.

A disadvantage of the known motor link is the lack of reliability due to possible clogging of inlet jet propulsion foreign objects.

It is also known motor link (prototype - see patent Germany N 3045472, class B 63 B 35/36, E 01 D 15/14, 02.12.1982,), comprising a housing with a built-in deck roadway and connecting nodes on the sides of the hull, engine and water jet propulsion, located on the bottom in the aft and fore parts of the body.

The disadvantage of this motor link is the lack of reliability due to possible clogging of inlet jet propulsion foreign objects, especially when the link in the shallow areas of water obstacles.

The objective of the invention is to increase the reliability of the motor element, especially in terms of the clogged area.

The solution of the stated problem is achieved by the motor element, comprising a housing with a built-in deck roadway, connecting the nodes on the sides and mines on the bottom of the engine and placed mines in jet propulsion, including axial pump with a ring in ukreplenii to the bottom of the case, and to each rotary nozzle still attached and parallel to its longitudinal axis bracket, the free end of which is fitted with a removable cutting element adjacent the top plane to the bottom surface of the protective grille. This removable cutting element may be in the form of a plate with longitudinal cutting edges.

Conducted design studies and calculations have shown that the proposed device extends the functionality of the known motor units, and it allows to reliably operate in shallow water motor link as a separate tool, as well as tug, as part of ferries and floating bridges. The effectiveness of the proposed motor link in shallow water compared to the known efficiency of motor units increases 3.5-4 times.

Motor link includes a housing 1 in which is placed the engine 2 and two jet propulsion 3, includes an axial pump 4 with the number of Olney connecting nodes in the form of a fork 6 with a movable pin and the lugs 7. Each water jet is placed in the shaft 8, is made in the bottom of the case 1. Mine is provided on the perimeter of the annular protective bars 9 secured by bolts 10 to the bottom of the case. Each rotary nozzle 5 is attached stationary and parallel to its longitudinal axis bracket 11 on the free end of which is installed with screws 12 removable cutting element 13 adjacent the top plane to the bottom surface of the protective grille. Removable cutting element is made, for example, in the form of a plate with longitudinal cutting edges. Motor link is transported by land on wheeled or tracked vehicle.

The proposed device operates as follows. The vehicle with the engine link is served back to the water's edge and unload the level of the water. Water motor link may work independently or as a tug in the composition of the transportable vessel or floating bridge. In the latter cases, the motor element is placed between the pontoon parts and connect them together with a fork 6, a movable pin and the lugs 7, placed on the sides of the motor element and the pontoon boat links.

When clogged grille jet propulsion outsiders pre the manageability, reduce the speed and momentum of jet propulsion. Then using the handle jet propulsion turn the nozzle around its axis by 360o. While foreign objects detained protective bars 9 will be shifted removable cutting element 13, and seaweed cut and washed away by the water flow.

FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ship building, particularly, to construction of modular barges. Modular barge has its module with first and second ends and tug module with propulsor. Barge module allows receiving tug first module at its second end so that tug first module pushes barge module first end forward. Barge module allows receiving tug second module at its second end so that tug first module pulls barge module second end forward. Tug second module first end may be used in operation in ice conditions. Tug module has first and second ends. Said first end is equipped with first barge attachments or second propulsor. Said second end is provided with first propulsor or second barge attachments. Method of barge control consists in using tug first module equipped with first propulsor and second module equipped with second propulsor. In first operating conditions, first tug module is engaged with barge second end to push the latter by its first end ahead. In second operating conditions, second tug module is engaged with barge second end to tow the latter by its second end ahead.

EFFECT: efficient transportation and cargo loading/unloading.
