(57) Abstract:

The method relates to the processing of raw hides and includes: soaking off in the presence of sodium carbonate and organic matter and liming in an aqueous solution of calcium hydroxide, sodium sulfide and organic compounds. As organic compounds using the product of the interaction of lignosulfonate and ethylendiaminetetraacetic acid at a flow rate of 0.5 - 1.0% by weight of raw materials: soaking off and from 0.5 to 2.0% in liming. The method improves the quality of skin and reduce pollution of wastewater by organic compounds. table 1.

The invention relates to the leather industry and can be used during the processing of the hides of cattle.

A method of processing of raw hides, including leaching,: soaking off and liming in an aqueous solution of calcium hydroxide, sodium sulfide, hydrolyzed polyacrylonitrile and polyethylene glycol at a ratio, respectively, wt.%: 0,6 - 1,0; 0,02 - 0,04; 0,2 - 0,5; 0,05 - 0,15 (SU, 1735375, A1, class C 14 C 1/06, 23.05.92).

The disadvantage of this method is the additional pollution of waste water after ashing residues of hydrolyzed polyacrylonitrile and polyethylene glycol.

This result is achieved in that in the method of processing of raw hides, including: soaking off in the presence of sodium carbonate and organic matter, liming in an aqueous solution of calcium hydroxide, sodium sulfide and organic compounds as organic compounds using the product of the interaction of lignosulfonate and ethylendiaminetetraacetic acid at a flow rate of 0.5 - 1.0% by weight of raw materials: soaking off and from 0.5 to 2.0% in liming.

The way to obtain this product are as follows: a solution of lignosulfonate concentration of 100 g/l and solution ethylendiaminetetraacetic acid concentration of 5 g/l is placed in a reactor with a stirrer and stirred for 6 - 8 hours at a temperature of 60 - 80oC, then the liquid is removed from the reactor and the product is dried in the spray dryer.

The conduct of soaking and ashing at a flow rate of interaction product of lignosulfonate and ethylendiaminetetraacetic acid less than 0.5% by weight of raw materials is not possible to achieve the desired dispersing effect. The technology of the method is as follows.

Then otmechennoe raw material is subjected to liming in an aqueous solution of calcium hydroxide in the amount of 3.0 - 3.6%, sodium sulfide in the amount of 1.5 - 1.8% of the product of the interaction of lignosulfonate and ethylendiaminetetraacetic acid number of 0.5 to 2.0% by weight of raw materials at W. K. = 1,3 - 1,4 and a temperature of 22 - 24oC for 12 - 14 hours.

Further processes and operations carried out by standard methods.

Example 1. Raw bull macromolecule canning are: soaking off in the presence of sodium carbonate in the amount of 1% by weight of the raw product of the interaction of lignosulfonate and ethylendiaminetetraacetic acid in the amount of 0.5% by weight of raw materials at W.to. or = 1.5, temperature 20oC for 8 hours. Example 3. Raw bull easy macromolecule canning process as in example 1, but: soaking off is carried out in the presence of interaction product of lignosulfonate and ethylendiaminetetraacetic acid in the amount of 1.0% by weight of the raw material and liming in the presence of the same product in the amount of 0.5% by weight of raw materials.

Example 4. Raw rawhide light macromolecule canning process as in example 1, but: soaking off is carried out in the presence of interaction product of lignosulfonate and ethylendiaminetetraacetic acid in an amount of 0.4% by weight of the raw material and liming in the presence of the same product in the amount of 2.2% by weight of raw materials.

Example 5. Raw bull easy macromolecule canning process as in example 1, but: soaking off pcastle of 1.2% by weight of the raw material, and liming in the presence of the same product in an amount of 0.4% by weight of raw materials.

Quality indicators received pickling and finished leather in comparison with Golem and skins for the prototype presented in the table.

Using the proposed method allows to obtain skin with high performance properties and to reduce the pollution of wastewater by organic compounds.
