The invention relates to pharmaceutical and food industry and for the allocation of biologically active substances from plant material. The method is carried out by extraction of plant raw material with an aqueous solution of ethyl alcohol with the release of the final products. As plant materials use waste processing seeds of Siberian pine (Pinus sibirica L.). Extraction spend 50 to 94 wt.% aqueous solution of ethanol at the boiling temperature of the alcohol for 10 - 12 hours a Ratio of the raw material and the extractant by weight of 1 : 5 - 7. The selection of the final products is carried out by evaporation of an ethanol extract. Then successively extracted with diethyl ether, ethyl acetate and butanol. Example 1. Sequential extraction of one stripped off ethanol extract get 11,53% substances soluble in diethyl ether, 14,39% ethyl acetate, 25,37% - butanol and 48,71% related substances (in terms of ethanol extract)

Example 3. Meal seeds of Siberian pine (Pinus sibirica L), obtained after separation of cedar oil, is extracted with water 94 wt.% a solution of ethyl alcohol at the boiling temperature of the solvent 78,4oC, ratio of raw material and extractant by weight of 1:5 for 10 hours. The extractive output in the s - 0,01%, phenol carbonic acids is 0.67%.

Sequential extraction of one stripped off ethanol extract get 6,62% substances soluble in diethyl ether, to 8.20% in ethyl acetate, 13,34% in butanol (in terms of extract) and related substances - 71,84% (including protein and carbohydrate substances).

The proposed method allows for a comprehensive approach to the use of vegetable raw materials and gives the ability to effectively dispose of waste processing of vegetable raw materials to produce a wide range of products.
