The invention relates to blocks of several springs of plastic material, in particular to containers with special devices for dispensing the contents of the package. Plastic spring (1) contains a springy tongue (4), connected through the jumper (3) printerhelp (2). Jumper (3) is set so that it does not bend towards printerdata (2). The tabs (5, 6) protrude from the bridge (3) under the tongue (4) in the same direction as the tongue (4). The proposed solution is aimed at achieving different conditions of independence of the magnitude of the bending springs from spring material. 3 C.p. f-crystals, 2 Il.

The invention relates to a plastic spring, consisting of a spring tongue connected through jumper with printerhelp.

The closest technical solution according to the essential features and the achieved result is a plastic spring, is known from European patent EP 0199900 A2, B 65 D 83/04, 05.11.1986.

SUBSTANCE: proposed dispenser 1 for tablets 2 consists of two equal length halves of housing placed one onto the other, lower part 10 of housing with outlet hole 3 for separate tablets in side wall 12 and upper part 20 of housing without end face wall at side of outlet with locking device 21 (LD1) arranged in inner space of dispenser housing on end face wall to preclude getting out of large number of tablets. Parts of housing are arranged to provide directed shifting towards each other parallel to axis of container for alternate opening and closing of outlet hole at each travel stroke. Locking device LD1 is made in form of nose with wider rear part 22 projecting at side of outlet with formation of step which is arranged so that side distance from upper part of housing arranged at side of outlet is greater than diameter of tablets, and from side wall found on lower part of housing is smaller than diameter of tablets. Locking device 11 (LD2) preventing formation of dead zone is arranged in inner space of dispenser housing in corner in lower part opposite to output hole. Locking devices LD1 and LD2 are made in inner space of dispenser housing being arranged for relative shifting with provision of interacting as dispensing elements.

SUBSTANCE: proposed tablet dispenser has housing and inner part shifted into housing and arranged inside at limited travel. Inner part consists of tablet storage space and table issuing channel, and pull-back spring. Pull-back spring rests on housing base surface. Pull-back spring is made of original material of inner part made of polypropylene or of material differing from material of inner part. Pull-back spring can be secured on inner part by pressure casting. Inner part with its pull-back spring is made of material whose elasticity is lower than that of polyoxymethylene, for instance, of polypropylene. Pull-back spring is made in form of plate or rod. Owing to corresponding combination of material of spring, form of spring and place of its attachment on inner part, travel is reduced and, consequently, deflection of pull-back spring. Owing to such make of spring, load on spring is reduced.

EFFECT: preservation of initial flexibility of pull-back spring at long period of operation and prevention of destruction of tablets at issuing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device for keeping blister packs and taking out single dose. Proposed device has container with holes for receiving blister pack. Container is provided with device for pushing single dose out of blister pack. Said pushout device has arm of lever installed for turning on container and space on container to receive pushed out dose. Arm of lever has first open position for setting blister pack under lever arm, and second lowered position for pushing out single dose from blister into space.

EFFECT: possibility of opening blister pack by one hand and by invalids with defects of hands.

SUBSTANCE: metering device comprises cylindrical body with slider performing limited movement and table storage chamber having adjacent outlet shaft with dimensions corresponding to tablet thickness. Metering device has adequate end covering surfaces and profiled side surfaces, which are secured to the body and are adequate to slider. Outlet shaft is defined by distance between cylindrical concentric dome-like slider wall and inner surface of cylindrical body wall.

SUBSTANCE: pill dispenser contains a case (12) with reservoir for pills, and a feeding device (14) with depression for holding pills, the said feeding device is designed to pivotally rotate in the case. The case includes an inside surface forming a channel between the reservoir and the depression of the pill feeding device. The feeding device has the plate of a cover, a front plate running down from the cover plate; at that there is formed a depression in the front plate; and a back plate running down from the cover plate. A blocking mechanism is designed to block the pill feeding device with a possibility to release it at its closed position and this mechanism contains a spring loaded deformed plate (20) fastened on the back plate; at that this spring plate rests on the collar (22) of the case, holding the pill feeding device at its closed position.

SUBSTANCE: system for single doses distribution consists of tray and container. The tray contains adjusting opening, at least one compartment made with possibility of holding at lest one dose and at least one receiving opening. The container includes multiple walls forming chamber with open end for receiving and passing the tray, fixturing device entering the mentioned chamber and passing through adjusting opening and fixturing and unfixturing facilities. Fixturing device is made with possibility of sliding along opening length between its opposite ends. Fixturing facility is placed in chamber formed by container walls and is capable to engage with at least one receiving opening. Unfixturing facility is made with possibility to be shifted into container chamber to disengage fixturing facility from receiving opening. Provisions are made for: version of system realisation as well as method for single doses packing into container and blister package.

EFFECT: protection container for drugs cannot be opened by children.

Outlet orifice passes through lengthwise arc latch segment, the orifice width and length allowing passage of a single candy. T-shaped element of gripping lug, mounted on lower lug surface, includes lengthwise horizontal element and lengthwise vertical element positioned inside gripping groove so that sliding arc lug can slide with lengthwise arc latch. FIELD: packing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a packing set for storing and dispensing plenty of piled mint candies. The packing set comprises a cylindrical outer cover with a cylindrical inner insertion which slides into the cover and is made so that to contain plenty of the piled mint candies. A control boss of the inner insertion is placed inside a vertical control groove made in the outer cover. The control boss design implies possibility for the cylindrical inner insertion to move between the closed and open positions for mint candy dispensing. Second version of the packing set comprises additionally at least one vertical longitudinal guide made in the inner surface of the side wall of the cylindrical outer cover.

EFFECT: easy production and assembly of the set.

SUBSTANCE: proposed support comprises upper base made from solid material, for example aluminium. Lower base is made from low-elasticity rubber. Flexible elements furnished with holes are made from high-elasticity rubber. The support mating surfaces are rigidly interconnected. The aforesaid holes are arranged staggered on the support cross section.

EFFECT: reduced vibration caused by running rotor machines and devices, higher antivibration properties of support.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to machine building and may be used for vibration insulation of process equipment. Vibration isolator comprises body and elastic element from elastomer that interacts with object. Body is arranged in the form of upper conical cover and conical base, between which elastic element is installed. Elastic element is made of two symmetrical parts of conical shape: upper and lower, which are connected to each other by their surfaces having larger diametre, by means of elastic tape stitched with elastic thread. Opposite surfaces of elastic element are connected to fixing studs. Studs are installed coaxially and axisymmetrically to parts of elastic element of conical shape. Studs with their cylindrical part enter opening of elastic element, and collar is used with nut to pull it to conical base or cover.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibration insulation in resonant mode and simplification of design and installation.

SUBSTANCE: shock absorber includes sleeve located in the centre, holder for attachment of shock absorber to base and elastomeric elastic elements consisting of two parts and placed in holder. External surface of each part of elastomeric elastic element is formed with cylindrical surface which is continued on one side to part of toroidal surface, and on the other side - to conical surface. Cylindrical cavities are uniformly located on conical surface of each part of elastomeric elastic element. A bore in the form of part of toroidal surface is made in the centre of each part of elastomeric elastic element on the side of conical surface. Holder consists of two parts in the form of shells having the shape of flattened straight circular cones, with central holes at each bottom of the shell, which is counted as top of flattened cone, and edges of shells are counted as bases of cones rigidly attached to each other along their end plane. Washer is located on sleeve in middle part of shock absorber, to which external toroidal surfaces of parts of elastomeric elastic element are connected on both sides. One end of sleeve is taken out through a hole at the bottom of the first shell to be attached to equipment. The other end of sleeve is provided with thickened pivot and faces the hole of the second shell.

EFFECT: improving reliability of shock absorber and vibration insulation efficiency.

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: shock absorber comprises a shell for fixation to a base and an elastomer elastic element from two parts placed into a shell. The external surface of each part of the elastomer elastic element is formed with a cylindrical surface transferred from one side into a part of a toroid surface, and on the inner side - into a conical surface. Cylindrical grooves are evenly arranged on a conical surface of each part of an elastomer elastic element radially to an axis of a shock absorber. In the centre of each part of the elastomer elastic element at the side of the conical surface there is a bore in the form of a part of the inner toroid surface. In the central hole of the elastomer elastic element there is a bushing. The bushing is arranged with a ledge in the form of an orifice, with a cylindrical bore under an orifice and a vertical journal in the lower end of the bushing. The external and internal surfaces of the toroid part of the elastic element are equipped with circular ledges of a trapezoid profile. On the tops of external toroid surface there are circular planes formed for installation on the upper and lower sides of the orifice. In the lower elastic element at the side of the circular plane there is a hole. The shell is arranged of two parts in the form of sleeves in the form of truncated cones with central holes in each bottom of the sleeve. Parts of the shell are rigidly connected with each other along the end plane. Conical surfaces of elastic elements are inverted into the bottom of sleeves. One end of the bushing is taken out through a hole in the bottom of the first sleeve for connection to the equipment. The lower end of the bushing is inverted in the hole of the second sleeve. Elastic elements are installed between the orifice and the bottom of sleeves due to preliminary pressing.

EFFECT: increased permissible level of vibration and impact actions without increased dimensions of a shock absorber, increased reliability of a shock absorber and efficiency of vibration insulation.
