The invention relates to biotechnology. Method for the production of Baker's yeast, enriched with iodine, is that carry out multi-stage cultivation in conditions of aeration in a nutrient medium containing sources of carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus, growth promoters and the source of iodine is supplied in the culture fluid in the form of a lysate of yeast cells, pre-enriched with iodine. The method allows to increase therapeutic effect of baking yeast. 1 C.p. f-crystals.

The invention relates to biotechnology and can be used in the production of Baker's yeast, therapeutic drugs based on the biomass of Baker's yeast, food and feed additives.

A known method for the production of Baker's yeast for multi-stage cultivation in conditions of aeration in a nutrient medium containing sources of carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus, growth factors and sources of trace elements that enrich the end product of physiologically active substances (1).

The disadvantage of this method is the narrow specificity of action of fisho vital element, as iodine, which plays an important role in the formation of the protective functions of the organism.

The closest in technical essence and the achieved result to the present invention is a method of production of Baker's yeast by multi-stage cultivation in conditions of aeration in a nutrient medium containing sources of carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus, growth stimulants and source of iodine applied in inorganic form in the culture fluid at all stages of cultivation (2).

However, with the introduction into the culture fluid source of iodine in the inorganic form, part of it is sorbed on the surface of yeast cells. The use of products containing iodine in inorganic form, leads to its complete absorption by the thyroid gland, and in excess can cause the disease.

The epidemic of hyperthyroidism caused by excess iodine after applying iodirovannoi salt was observed in many countries: Switzerland, USA, Holland, Austria and Serbia.

To eliminate iodine deficiency is better to use products containing iodine in organic form. This iodine is actively absorbed, and when the excess is excreted from the body without entering the thyroid gland, i.e. in this case onicescu form especially in high concentrations, leads to ingibirovalo process of growing yeast, resulting in a decrease in product yield.

The technical essence of the invention is to improve treatment-and-prophylactic actions baking yeast by introducing a source of iodine in organic form - in the form of a previously iodine-enriched lysate of yeast cells.

To this end, in the method of production of Baker's yeast by multi-stage cultivation in conditions of aeration in a nutrient medium containing sources of carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus, growth promoters and the source of iodine is supplied in the culture fluid at all stages, according to the invention, the source of iodine contribute in the form of a previously iodine-enriched lysate of yeast cells.

The method is as follows.

Pure culture of Sacharomyces cerevisiae is grown on molasses wort at a temperature of 30 deg. In the cultivation process (at any stage of cultivation) in the culture fluid contribute lysate of yeast cells enriched with iodine in an amount of 0.1 to 1.5%. The lysate of yeast cells receive, as described maturalny liquid separation. The resulting yeast washed with water and pressed. The iodine content (in organic form) pressed yeast with a humidity of 73% is not less than 30 mg per 1 kg dry weight of yeast.
