The invention relates to biotechnology. The method consists in the fact that carry out multi-stage culturing yeast under conditions of aeration in a nutrient medium containing sources of carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus, growth promoters and the source of iodine is supplied in the culture fluid in the form of a biocomplex natural media - algae Spirullina platensis with iodine. Seaweed can be used in dry powdered form or in the form of an aqueous suspension with a particle size not exceeding 100 μm, the amount of 50-200 mg per 1 liter of culture fluid. The method allows to increase therapeutic effect of baking yeast, increasing their content sources, trace elements, amino acids, vitamins of group of Century 2 C.p. f-crystals.

The invention relates to biotechnology and can be used in the production of Baker's yeast, therapeutic drugs based on the biomass of Baker's yeast, food and feed additives.

The disadvantage of this method is the narrow specificity of action of physiologically active substances contained in the biomass of Baker's yeast. When introduced into the culture fluid source of iodine in inorganic form part of its sorbed on the surface of yeast cells, it is well known that the use of products containing iodine in inorganic form, leads to the complete absorption of the thyroid gland. Excess iodine causes the thyroid gland.
