The technical result of the application of the invention is to increase the effort of pressing the stamp to the table of the press by reducing the friction force between the bottom surface of the T-shaped head capture and stamp by applying on the surface of the T-shaped head and interacting with it mating surfaces of the stamp anti-friction coatings, such as zinc. This reduces the coefficient of friction between these surfaces by 30%, and therefore increases the efficiency of the device, i.e. 30% less effort power cylinder to overcome the friction forces.

As well as the invention allows to eliminate the force acting on the lever the dinners stretch made of equal length, the distance between the holes for fastening the tension springs located on the lever and the table or the press slide, when the working position of the device is equal to the length of the extension spring in a free state. The device operates as follows.

When moving rod 7 to the right grip 2 is rotated by means of the lever 9 on the angle at which the T-shaped head of the grip 2 is installed along the groove of the sleeve 4 and at the same time moves on her thread releasing plate stamp. After the release plate stamp the press slide 1 rises and through the slot of the sleeve 4 displays the grip 2 from the zone plate. The stamp is ready for replacement.

For consolidation of the new stamp press slide 1 is omitted. Capture 2 passes through the groove of the sleeve 4, by means of the power cylinder 5, the lever 9 is rotated, screw it into the thread of the screw 3, the T-shaped head rotates and engages with the plate stamp and presses it against the press slide 1. Due to the presence of anti-friction coating on the contacting surfaces 14 and 15 decreases the frictional force between the T-shaped head 2 and the press slide 1 and increases the force of the stamp to the press table and decrease the gap between the holding surfaces, which increases the reliability and durability of the device, so as to decrease the backlash and possible mutual displacement of the holding surfaces under conditions of vibration at work pressie drawings and manufacturing of a device.
