Example 3. The method of preparation is similar to examples 1-2. The components are taken in the following ratio:

Purified water to 1 ml

Example 4. Eye ointment is prepared analogously to example 1, but the components are taken in the following ratio:

Hyaluronic acid - 0.5 g

Purified water to 1 ml

Ointment basis of 99.5 g

Example 5. Eye ointment is prepared analogously to example 1, but the components are taken in the following ratio:

Hyaluronic acid 0.7 g

Purified water to 1 ml

Ointment base - 99,3 g

From experimental studies it can be concluded that eye ointment prepared from components:

Hyaluronic acid is 0.3-0.5 grams

Purified water to 1 ml

Ointment base - 99,7-99,5 g

meets the requirements of Pharmacopoeia X: sterile, biologically active substance is dissolved in water, a therapeutic effect in a non-toxic and not irritating to the eyes doses.

Ready ointment is a viscous mass of yellow color with a characteristic smell, homogeneous consistency. The drug is available for use in the outpatient setting.
