The invention consists in that the fermentation is carried out in an artificial environment, consisting of the tested green mass and 6 - 10% solution of potassium chloride (in the ratio 3 : 10) with the addition of the last of the sugar from the calculation of 2.0 to 3.0% by weight. The pH difference between the artificial environment without additives and with addition of bacterial preparations after 24 h of storage at 25 - 30oC (x) correlates with the pH difference between similar options for the feed of provyalennuyu herbs, after three days of ensiling (y), which is estimated as the effect of the use of bacterial preparations and is calculated by the equation: y = 0,25 + 3,2 x 2,5 x2. It is known that preparations of lactic acid bacteria are most effective when ensiling provyalennuyu herbs containing 30-45% of dry matter (Polenov Y. A. , Weißbach F., Palam, New in the use of lactic acid bacteria in silage TT in themselves the living cells of lactic acid bacteria. Naturally, their effectiveness depends on many factors associated with biological features within them strains of lactic acid bacteria and technological properties ferment raw materials. There is a method of assessing efficacy of lactic acid bacteria according to the difference of pH in the control (without additives) and experienced (with the addition of the bacterial preparation) silage made from grasses, with the content of 30-45% solids after three days of ensiling, which is closely correlated with the quality of the finished food product of fermentation (Pobednow Ju., Weissbach F., Pahlov G. Uber den Effect von Milchsaurebacterien-Praparaten auf die Sauerungsgeschwindigkeit und Garqualitat von Welksilage. - Landbauforschung Volkenrode, H. 3, 1997, s. 97-102).

However, this method is time consuming, requires direct experiments on ensilage and, for this reason, not suitable for use, particularly in industrial practice.

The aim of the invention is to develop a method that allows to evaluate and to predict the efficacy of drugs lactic acid bacteria with minstinguette fact, the efficacy of lactic acid bacteria was estimated by the difference of pH synthetic medium prepared without making and with the introduction of the bacterial preparation after 24 hours of its incubation at a temperature of 25-30oC, the specified environment is prepared from subjects herbs and 6-10%-aqueous solution of potassium chloride with the addition of 2.0 to 3.0% of sugar in the calculation of the green mass, the ratio of green mass and add to it the solution is 3:10. The method is as follows: 30 g chopped green mass is placed in vessels with lids and pour 100 ml of 6% (to simulate wilting weight content of 30% dry matter) or 10% (to simulate wilting weight content of 45% solids) of a solution of potassium chloride with the addition of 0.6-0.9 grams of sugar. Options artificial environment with the introduction and without making the bacterial preparation is placed in a thermostat and incubated at a temperature of 25-30oC for 24 hours. Then use a potentiometer to determine the pH of the artificial environment with the introduction and without making the drug and calculate its difference. The latter is estimated as the effect of the use of the bacterial preparation.
