The invention relates to medicine, in particular to medicines to improve digestion. Medicine to improve digestion contains the enzyme or mixture of enzymes, stabilizing additives, excipients and polymeric membranes. As excipients in the tablet and the shell forming use of interpolymer complex of poly (methacrylic acid with polyethylene glycol or polypropyleneglycol or their mixture. As the enzyme it contains Pancreatin. As stabilizing additives it contains magnesium oxide, calcium carbonate or calcium citrate. To improve digestion, supplementation of pancreatic enzymes are used in various medicinal product containing enzymes. Traditionally used Pancreatin - product obtained from the pancreas of cattle or pigs. Pancrea the composition of medicines to improve digestion include components of bile, providing emulsification of fats, and hemicellulase, promote decomposition of plant tissue [1].

The disadvantage of these drugs is relatively low stability in an acidic environment. We conducted a study aimed at determining the stability of pancreatic enzymes in the acidic environment (pH 1,2; 37oC) found that the incubation for 120 minutes produced medicines percentage of residual proteolytic activity is 89-97% amylolytic - 45-81%.

The objective of the invention is the creation of medicines to improve digestion, with a higher stability in the acidic environment and, consequently, higher efficiency.

The problem is solved by a composition comprising an enzyme or mixture of enzymes, excipients - interpolymer complex of poly (methacrylic acid) and poly (ethylene glycol) (CPN-1) [2] and the interpolymer complex of poly (methacrylic acid) and polypropylenglycol (CPN-2) [3], or a mixture thereof. As an enzyme, preferably using Pancreatin, containing protease, amylase, lipase.

Example 1.

Example 2.

Example 4

10.0 g of Pancreatin mixed with 5.0 g of the CPN-2 and 2.0 g of oxide Magnum. The obtained granulate is pressed into tablets which are covered with a shell of CPN-1.

Example 5.

10.0 g of Pancreatin hydrate solution CPN-1 in ethanol. Granularit, dried at a temperature not exceeding 40oC to a residual moisture content of not more than 3% and re-granularit through a sieve with the hole diameter of 1 mm Obtained granules are mixed with calcium stearinovokisly and pressed tablets that cover the shell of the CPN-1.

Get drug tested for stability in 0.1 N. the solution of acid chloride-hydrogen (pH 1,2; 37oC) at incubation for 120 minutes. The results of the study are presented in the table.
