The invention relates to medical technology, specifically the physiotherapeutic devices intended for conducting exercises of the hands, massage, metallelectrotrade palms and Palmar surfaces of the fingers and subcutaneous tissues, including the impact on biologically active points. The proposed three variants of the device for self-massage of the hands, made in the form of a body of rotation. The first variant of the device is made in the form of a cylinder with rounded transitions from the cylindrical surface to the flat grounds with a conductive outer surface, made of two different metals-minerals with different values of electrode potential. Metals trace elements placed in adjacent regions of the outer surface of the body of rotation. The second variant of the device consists of two or three balls, in which the outer surfaces are made of different metals-minerals (each ball from one metal trace). The third variant of the device includes a dielectric sleeve, galvanic element placed inside a dielectric sleeve, the anode and cathode is in the form of a cylindrical caps and notnotice respectively with positive and negative poles of a galvanic cell. The outer surface of the anode made of a metal or metals belonging to the trace elements needed by the human body. The invention relates to medical technology, specifically the physiotherapeutic devices intended for conducting exercises of the hands to increase their mobility (and if they have pain - reducing the latter), massage, metallotherapy and electrotherapy palms and Palmar surfaces of the fingers and subcutaneous tissue, including biologically active points (BAP), with the purpose of the normalization process in the hands and in the organs and systems associated with stimulating BATH.

It is known the use of copper ball, the diameter of which does not exceed 40 mm, as a massage device, and device for carrying out metallotherapy since the times of ancient Greece (for example, copper ball for medicinal purposes was used by the ancient Greek scientist and philosopher Aristotle, who lived in 384-322 BC) [1].

It is also known application for self-massage of the hands of two spheres with a diameter of 33 mm, each of which is made of two welded together copper hemispheres and within each of the kotori hand both take the ball in hand and monotonically sorted them presently one around the other in a few minutes. When conducting only metallotherapy hands of perebiraniya balls is not required. For training the lateral muscles of the fingers of one or both of the ball placed between the side surfaces of adjacent fingers and produce squeezing their side surfaces on one or both of the ball [3].

The disadvantage of physiotherapeutic devices, details of which are given in [1-3], is a weak therapeutic effect resulting from their use, because the effect of such devices is based only on the exercises of the hands, mechanical massage of the skin and subcutaneous tissues and classic metallotherapy (effects on the skin one metal). The technical result, which is aimed proposed solution is the creation of variants of the device for self-massage of the hands, each of which has a stronger therapeutic effect than any of the aforementioned analogues [1-3].

This is achieved by the fact that in the first embodiment of the device is Ipanema of two different metals, having different values of electrode potential and related trace elements needed by the human body, and the metal trace elements placed in adjacent regions of the outer surface of the body of rotation. In the particular case of the body of rotation is made in the form of a cylinder with rounded transitions from the cylindrical surface to flat bases, the length of the body of rotation exceeds the diameter of its cylindrical part 1.4 - 1.6 times. This is achieved by the fact that in the second variant of the device for self-massage of hands containing two spherical body outer surface which is made conductive, the outer surfaces of the first and second spherical bodies made of different metals having different values of electrode potential and related trace elements necessary for human body. This is achieved by the fact that the third variant of the device for self-massage of the hands, made in the form of rotation of a body that contains a dielectric sleeve, made of a biologically inert material, galvanic element placed inside a dielectric sleeve, the anode and cathode in the shape of a cylindrical cap and tightened or screwed on the ends of the dielectric sleeve and the conductors connecting the inner surface of the anode and cathode, respectively, with positive and negative poles of a galvanic cell, with the outer surface of the anode made of a metal or metals belonging to the trace elements needed by the human body. In the particular case of the structure of the device introduced an additional alternating anodes, the outer surface of which is made of metals other than the metal or metals of the aforementioned anode and relating to friendly minerals. In another particular case, the outer surface of the anodes (including each smestorage) and the cathode is made rough with bumps is the new variants of the claimed device taken copper ball details of which are given in [1]. The device shown in Fig. 1, contains two different Cup-shaped element 1 and 2, made of different metals, trace elements, having different values of electrode potential. Elements 1 and 2 contain cylindrical and flat part of both external and internal surfaces and have rounded transitions from the cylindrical parts to flat. Element 2 is tightly attached to the element 1 (the end key elements in the process of using the device is not required).

In Fig. 2 shows a device containing two identical the symbolic ring 5, which firmly put both items 3 and 4.

In Fig. 3 depicts the device, made on the basis of a solid dielectric cylinder 6, on the entire surface of which is coated with a metallization layer 7 of a thickness of 10-20 μm. On top of a portion of metallization layer 7 caused an additional metallization layer 8 of a thickness of 40 to 50 microns of metal-trace with a smaller value of electrode potential.

The length of the first variant of the device is 40-55 mm and is larger than the external diameter of its cylindrical part 1.4 - 1.6 times. The device shown in Fig. 5, includes a dielectric sleeve 12 made of a biologically inert material, galvanic element 13 (EMF 1.5 V), placed inside the sleeve 12, the anode 14 and the cathode 15 in the shape of a cylindrical cap and tightly attached to the ends of the dielectric sleeve 12, the conductor 16 (in the form of a spring) and the conductor 17 (in the form of a cylindrical rod with a cylindrical cap), which connects the inner surface of the anode 14 and cathode 15, respectively, with positive and negative poles of a galvanic element 13. The anode 14 and the cathode 15 are made of different metals-minerals. The structure of the device can be introduced additional alternating anodes made of different metals-minerals. The outer surface of the anode (anode) and the cathode may have a surface roughness maximum roughness values being in the range of 160 to 320 microns.

In a variant of the device shown in Fig. 3, the anode is a metal layer 8, a cathode, and a metal layer 7. In a variant of the device shown in Fig. 4, of the three simultaneously in contact with each other and with leather balls cathode serves the ball, the outer surface of which has the highest value of the electrode potential. The remaining two balls serve as anodes. In a variant of the device shown in Fig. 5, the anode and cathode are electrodes 14 and 15 connected respectively with the positive and negative poles of a galvanic cell 13. Contact potential difference arising between the different metals in a series circuit, which includes a galvanic element 13, in this case a significant impact on the operation of the device does not have.

Because micro-electrophoresis in the claimed device (all three versions) is carried out with the anode, the cathode of this device does not dissolve during use of the device and may be made of necessesity air base metals and noble metals, such as silver, having a value of standard electrode potential +0,799 Century, the Rough surface of the first and third variants of the device has a neuro-reflex effect on the organs and systems through a variety mechanoreceptive structure of the skin of the fingers, in particular, determining its sensitivity. The roughness of the surface of the device enhances therapeutic effect.

Compared to monometallic massage devices [1-3] all three variants of the claimed device are stronger therapeutic effect due to the presence of EMF (between anode and cathode) and emerging thanks to her presence phenomena described above (switching currents, enhanced flicker-noise fluctuations, electrophoresis). Most proposed device can also be used to massage other parts of the body.

For gymnastics, massage and stimulate the BATH brush of the left or right hand (the hand selection is determined by the type and nature of disease) any of the cylindrical device, shown in Fig. 1 to 3 and 5, or two or three balls shown in Fig. 4, take in hand, and slowly, touching them with your fingers, roll on the palm and the Palmar surfaces of the fingers 5 to 20 min for one procedure (balls must touch each other).
