The invention relates to woodworking industry, in particular the production of Board materials. Composition for the production of combustible materials containing a filler in the form of wood fibers, shavings or crushed particles of waste annual plants, urea-formaldehyde or phenol-formaldehyde resin, ammonium polyphosphates and paraffin, further comprises a waste faux fur and ammonium chloride, and has the following quantitative composition, wt.% on the dry substance: ammonium polyphosphates 9 - 18,0, urea-formaldehyde or phenol-formaldehyde resin 7,0 - 17,0, paraffin 0.5 to 1.5, ammonium chloride of 0.5 - 3.5, waste faux fur 32,0 - 39,0, filler - the rest. Effect: the increase in strength of materials and their water-resistance while maintaining the flame retardant properties, as well as the expansion of raw materials through the use of waste faux fur and reducing the cost of the plates by reducing the consumption of chemicals. 1 C.p. f-crystals, 2 tab.

The invention relates to woodworking industry, in particular the production of plan the local press material for the manufacture of plate materials, including a filler in the form of wood chips and crushed particles of waste annuals of agricultural production, urea resin and lumberport concentrate (patent RU N 2031915, C 08 L 97/02, 1990).

The famous press composition for the production of combustible materials including a filler in the form of wood fibers, shavings or crushed particles of waste annual plants, synthetic resin, ammonium polyphosphates and paraffin (patent RU N 2114882, C 08 L 97/02, 27 N 3/00, 1997-prototype).

The disadvantages of the known compositions are low resistance and strength derived from them wallboards, which limits their applicability.

The purpose of the invention is the increase in strength of materials and their water-resistance while maintaining the flame retardant properties, as well as the expansion of raw materials through the use of waste faux fur and reducing the cost of the plates by reducing the consumption of chemicals.

This goal is achieved in that the composition for the production of combustible materials containing a filler in the form of wood fibers, shavings or crushed particles of waste annual artificial fur and ammonium chloride, this composition has the following quantitative composition, wt.% on the dry matter:

The ammonium polyphosphates - 9,0 - 18,0

Synthetic resin - 7,0 - 17,0

Paraffin - 0,5 - 1,5

Ammonium chloride - 0,5 - 3,5

Waste faux fur - 32,0 - 39,0

The claimed technical solution has the following differences from the prototype:

the composition further comprises ammonium chloride;

the composition further comprises a waste of artificial fur;

To prepare press compositions used the following components:

the ammonium polyphosphates, THE 2149-062-106-64-029-96;

- urea-formaldehyde resin, mark KF-MT-15, TU 6-06-12-88.

the phenol - formaldehyde resin, mark SFI 3014, GOST 20907-75; paraffin, GOST 23683-79

- filler - wood wood, OST 13-200-85, wood fibers, shavings, shredded waste annuals;

- waste faux fur are polyester, acrylic fiber.

All components were taken in the ratio indicated in the claims. First, in a high-speed mixer was loaded wood filler, paraffin and waste production of artificial fur. By centrifugal atomization in a rotary mixer was introduced ammonium polyphosphates. Later in the mass by the method of spraying through the jet was injected synthetic resin (urea-formaldehyde or phenol-formaldehyde) with hardener chloride of ammonium. The contents of the mixer was stirred for 5 minutes the resulting mass was dried in an air dryer at a temperature of 110-120oC, formed carpets, podpisivali the data plate materials were subjected to physico-mechanical tests.
