The invention relates to the heads of the Phillips head screws. The screw head includes a cruciform slot in the form of axial recesses and outgoing four pairs of perpendicularly arranged grooves, between which met the four cavities. The shape of each depression in the plan represents a parabola. The rays of these parabolas intersect with the side surfaces of the grooves, and the distance between the oppositely spaced vertices of the parabolas is equal to 0,85 - 0,9 m, where m is the distance between the extreme points of oppositely located grooves. The intersection of rays of each parabola with the side surfaces of the grooves occurs at the points of minimum distance of these grooves from each other. SUBSTANCE: screwing device has screw and tool for screw driving. Screw is provided with head having upper surface and groove with the first depression aligned with upper surface and with zone having axial section with substantially straight walls. Tool has engaging part complementary to the first depression. Groove is provided with the second depression formed in bottom of the first depression and having diameter lesser than that of the first depression. The second depression and the central tool part are of round shape. Screw has transition surface extending at the first angle from the first depression to the second one. Tool has mating surface extending at the second angle from engaging part to central part, wherein the first angle is greater than the second one so that a space is created between transition surface and mating surface when tool is inserted in the groove. The space widens towards central tool part.

EFFECT: improved engagement between screw groove and tool, as well as simplified tool structure and elimination of tool production cost increase.

Proposed threaded fastener with shaped head has head with hollow shaped seat with inner engagement elements in form of alternating curvilinear projections and cavities. Hollow shaped seat of head is provided at inlet with combination entry part consisting of cylindrical belt and conical face after cylindrical belt made at angle of β=120÷150°. Sections of side surface of projections and cavities have conical and cylindrical sections. Conical section has angle α=1.5÷3°.

Rod is provided with hemisphere in middle part pressed by spring to semispherical bottom of housing inner space. Upper part of rod is pointed and is arranged with possibility of alignment with face of cup for alignment of rod with screw. Lower part of rod is provided with conical shank corresponding to conical recess of screw.

EFFECT: improved reliability of orientation and automatic assembling of screws owing to improved reliability of process of mating.

SUBSTANCE: proposed fastener has head and cylindrical body. Spline is made in head in form of continuous slot consisting of two straight-line side sections and middle part made symmetrical relative to vertical axis of fastener lying on one straight line with side straight-line sections. Depth of side sections of spline is equal to one third of head height, and depth of middle part of spline is 0.8 Hh where Hh is height of fastener head.

SUBSTANCE: proposed countersunk screw has threaded body and countersunk head with conical surface tapering towards threaded body with countersink angle α. Conical surface has several ribs spaced over perimeter and defining conical enveloping surface with taper angle β. Countersink angle α of conical surface is less than rib taper angle β. Ribs have outer contact surfaces defining conical enveloping surface. When screw is used for fastening cover plates or other like parts by turning into countersunk hole, surface clamping appears between ribs and corresponding counter sunk holes which prevents damage to surface. Ribs feature cutting effect to form countersinking in soft material when screw is directly screwed into soft material, such as wood. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. The proposed fastener represents a screw rod jointed to the head. The said head represents a body of revolution and has two elements for wrench, each being formed by intersection of the body of revolution with two cross-planes. One of the said cross-planes is parallel to the rod axis, while the other one is perpendicular to the first cross-plane. The second cross-planes of each aforesaid element for wrench are arranged in symmetry with respect to the rod axis and intersect at the angle varying from 90 to 140°. The wrench to screw up the said fastener is furnished with a head jointed to the handle. The said head represents a plate with thickness not exceeding the distance between the first cross-planes. The plate free end is furnished with an angular slot with the angle equal to that of intersection of the second cross-planes.

According to fourth version: depth of middle part of first groove constitutes 0.8 Hh, to first groove perpendicular on symmetry axis additional groove is made - slot made only in middle part of head perpendicular to first one and representing semicircle with salience downwards.
