The invention provides improved organoleptic properties of the product and increase its shelf life.

The invention relates to compositions canned product based on meat for gerodietetic power.

Known gerodietary product containing horse meat, dry bone broth, oat, egg powder, cabbage, soybean oil, lard spinal, salt and ground black pepper (EN 2035882 C1, 27.05.95).

The disadvantages of this product are low organoleptic properties and small storage period.

The technical result of the invention is to improve the organoleptic properties, increase retention and expansion of the range gerodietetic products.

This result is achieved by the fact that gerodietary product containing meat, cabbage and salt, according to the invention additionally contains tomatoes, plums, carrots, onions, rice, greens and CO2-extra which the components have the following proportion by weight:

This composition has improved organoleptic properties and extended storage life.
